【摘要】：在全球企业中,如何使企业的全球供应链系统发挥更大的作用,如何让供应链的利润最大化,使用户满意,成为一个迫在眉睫的问题。企业高质量地运行全球供应链,对掌握市场和客户具有非常重要的意义。完美订单是一种集成化的管理思路,对供应链管理有着精确的要求。履行完美订单作为全球供应链中关键的一环,可以量化供应链的决策,进而完善供应链管理和企业管理。本文首先阐述了国内外供应链的研究动态及发展状况,引入供应链的相关理论,阐述了完美订单管理原理,站在企业管理角度,分析并探究了完美订单在企业实施中的基本原则和关键步骤及信息系统对完美订单管理的重要性,阐述了企业实施完美订单面临的挑战。其次,结合供应链及完美订单的相关理论,从提高客户满意度,增强企业对管理方面的洞察力及提高企业利润等理论角度,结合企业资源整合和流程优化方面的问题,阐述了完美订单对企业的战略意义及要点。再次,结合联想集团当前所处的经济体制,市场格局和产业政策,作为国际化企业的供应链管理,其特点从采购管理,销售预测管理,先进的VMI库存管理等几方面来进行说明,理论分析结合联想的实际情况,多角度,全方位地论述了联想集团内供应链的实施现状。最后,本文结合联想集团供应链管理的现状及POF项目的实际实施情况,阐述了完美订单对联想供应链的重要作用及为企业带来的价值。从技术实现的角度,分析了项目的技术架构,IT解决方案,以及项目目前面临的问题。
[Abstract]:In the global enterprise, how to make the enterprise's global supply chain system play a greater role, how to maximize the profit of the supply chain, and how to make the customer satisfied becomes an urgent problem. It is very important for us to grasp the market and customers. Perfect order is a kind of integrated management thinking and has precise requirements for supply chain management. Fulfilling the perfect order is a key link in the global supply chain. Can quantify the decision of supply chain, and then perfect supply chain management and enterprise management. This paper first describes the research trends and development of supply chain at home and abroad, introduces the relevant theory of supply chain, expounds the principle of perfect order management, and stands at the angle of enterprise management. This paper analyzes and probes into the basic principles and key steps of perfect order implementation and the importance of information system to perfect order management, and expounds the challenges faced by enterprises in implementing perfect order. Based on the theory of supply chain and perfect order, from the angle of improving customer satisfaction, enhancing enterprise's insight to management and improving enterprise profit, the paper combines the problems of enterprise resource integration and process optimization. This paper expounds the strategic significance and key points of perfect order to the enterprise. Thirdly, combining with the current economic system, market pattern and industrial policy of Lenovo Group, as the supply chain management of the international enterprise, its characteristic is from the purchasing management. Sales forecast management, advanced VMI inventory management and other aspects are explained. Theoretical analysis combined with the actual situation of Lenovo, the implementation of supply chain in Lenovo Group is discussed in all directions. Finally, according to the current situation of supply chain management of Lenovo Group and the actual implementation of POF project, this paper expounds the important role of perfect order to Lenovo supply chain and the value it brings to the enterprise. The technical architecture of the project and the problems faced by the project are analyzed.
