【摘要】：供应链管理环境下,采购的地位发生了巨大的变化。采购已经成为企业经营的核心环节之一,是获取利润的重要来源,在企业的产品开发、质量保证、供应链管理及经营管理中的作用越来越突出和重要。新形势下,采购直接影响着企业最终产品的定价和企业的利润,良好的采购管理模式可以降低采购成本,直接增加企业的收益和竞争力,从而有利于企业在激烈的竞争市场赢得优势。在机遇和挑战并存的竞争环境下,如何转变采购方式、加强采购管理、预防采购风险等问题正是各个企业尤其是生产制造型企业亟需解决的关键问题。本文将以HD股份有限公司的采购管理为研究对象,在介绍供应链环境下采购管理理论的基础下,结合HD股份有限公司在采购过程中存在的问题,并且考虑企业自身所具有的特点,对HD股份有限公司采购进行优化和重组,最后对采购管理过程中存在的风险进行深入剖析,以期增强企业核心竞争力和抗风险能力。HD股份有限公司作为一家大型上市企业,其在采购管理中尤其在有色金属原料采购过程中所存在的问题具有很强的代表性。本文通过对HD股份有限公司采购管理中存在问题和不足进行深入细致的剖析,从而提出相对应的解决措施、方法和工具,并希望对类似企业的采购具有一定的指导意义和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of supply chain management, the status of purchasing has changed greatly. Procurement has become one of the core links of enterprise management, and is an important source of profit. The role of supply chain management and management is more and more prominent and important. Under the new situation, purchasing directly affects the pricing of the final product and the profit of the enterprise. A good purchasing management model can reduce the purchasing cost. It is beneficial for enterprises to win advantages in the fierce competitive market. In the competitive environment where opportunities and challenges coexist, how to change the procurement mode and strengthen procurement management, The prevention of purchasing risk is the key problem that all enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises, need to solve. This paper takes the purchasing management of HD Co., Ltd as the research object, and introduces the purchasing management theory in the supply chain environment. Combined with the problems existing in the purchasing process of HD Co., Ltd., and considering the characteristics of the enterprise itself, this paper optimizes and reorganizes the purchase of HD Co., Ltd., and finally analyzes the risks in the process of purchasing management. In order to enhance the core competitiveness and anti-risk ability of enterprises. HD Co., Ltd., as a large listed enterprise, The problems in purchasing management, especially in the process of procurement of non-ferrous materials, are very representative. This paper makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the procurement management of HD Co., Ltd. Therefore, the corresponding solutions, methods and tools are put forward, and it is hoped that the procurement of similar enterprises will have some guiding and referential significance.
