【摘要】:江苏锦禾高新科技股份有限公司的主打产品为秸秆塑料,该产品利用国家专利技术,把秸秆变废为宝,解决困扰国家多年的农作物秸秆等废弃物的出路问题,并降低了塑料产品的成本,改善了材料的可降解性,减轻了环境的负担。该产品性能与传统塑料相当,其密度、强度等性能指数均优于传统塑料,可广泛应用于日用品、一次性酒店用品和园艺用品、水利、建材等领域。 作为传统塑料的替代品,秸秆塑料虽然具有各种政策性利好消息和种种优势,但由于成熟供应链形成的固有习惯和利益链条、人们接受新事物的程度、节能环保的法不责众和制度性缺陷等诸多因素,一直难以形成规模化生产。锦禾公司由此陷入了中小型科技企业面临的普遍性困境。 锦禾公司如何尽快摆脱困境,将这一利国利民、前景广阔的产品形成规模化销售,成为一个亟待解决的难题。实践证明,只有制定清晰的战略,并认真执行,才能切实解决公司的生存与发展问题。本论文根据公司实际,就公司的战略进行研究和探讨,并尽可能为公司设计出可行的战略。 首先,本文基于战略管理理论,对该公司现状进行了分析,指出公司战略设计的必要性。 其次,,本文分析了公司所处的内部、外部环境,并综合利用PEST(+R)分析方法、波特五力模型分析方法、SWOT分析方法等方法,进行理论和实际相结合的探讨。 再次,本文根据内、外部环境分析的情况,对公司战略进行了分析与设计,确定公司的战略基础构成要素,确定公司采取何种竞争战略和成长战略。 最后,本文对公司的战略实施保障提出一系列可行的建议。 本文不仅对锦禾公司的发展具有实际指导性,且对同类企业和众多中小型科技公司的发展亦具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:The main product of Jiangsu Jinhe High-tech Co., Ltd. is straw plastics. This product uses the national patent technology to turn straw into a treasure, to solve the problem of the way out of crop straw and other wastes that have plagued the country for many years. It also reduces the cost of plastic products, improves the degradability of materials and lightens the burden on the environment. The properties of the products are comparable to those of traditional plastics, and their density and strength indices are superior to those of traditional plastics, so they can be widely used in daily necessities. Disposable hotel supplies and gardening supplies, water conservancy, building materials and other fields. As a substitute for traditional plastics, straw plastics have a variety of policy good news and advantages, but due to the mature supply chain formed by the inherent habits and interest chain, people accept the degree of new things. Many factors, such as energy saving and environmental protection law and institutional defects, have been difficult to form large-scale production, and Jinhe Company has thus fallen into the general dilemma faced by small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. How to get rid of the predicament as soon as possible, and form a large-scale sale of this product, which is beneficial to the country and benefit the people and has broad prospects, has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently. Practice has proved that only by formulating a clear strategy and conscientiously implementing it, According to the actual situation of the company, this paper studies and discusses the strategy of the company, and designs the feasible strategy for the company as far as possible. Firstly, based on the theory of strategic management, this paper analyzes the present situation of the company and points out the necessity of its strategic design. Secondly, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the company, and makes comprehensive use of pest (RV) analysis method, Porter's five-force model analysis method and SWOT analysis method to discuss the combination of theory and practice. Thirdly, according to the analysis of internal and external environment, this paper analyzes and designs the company's strategy, determines the basic elements of the company's strategy, and determines the competitive strategy and growth strategy adopted by the company. Finally, this article puts forward a series of feasible suggestions to the company's strategy implementation guarantee. This paper not only has practical guidance to the development of Jinhe Company, but also has certain reference significance to the development of similar enterprises and many small and medium-sized technology companies.
