绿色产品模块化与供应链联合设计方法

【摘要】:绿色产品设计需要考虑供应链相关环节的绿色性能。同时,供应链设计必须匹配产品设计以提高供应链综合绩效。本文从绿色产品模块化设计与供应链设计之间复杂的耦合关系出发,基于两者之间的主从关系,提出一种绿色产品模块化与供应链联合设计方法,并建立了双层规划数学模型。文章的最后通过企业具体实例对模型有效性进行了分析验证,并提出了未来的研究方向。 第一章阐述了本模型提出的背景和本研究的意义,分析了模块化设计与供应链设计之间的耦合关系,总结了模块化设计与供应链设计联合优化研究的国内外研究现状,最后提出了本文研究内容的框架。 第二章提出了绿色产品模块化与供应链联合设计双层规划模型。这一章首先对绿色产品模块化与供应链联合设计的过程进行了抽象描述,然后提出了产品全生命周期绿色度评价指标体系、供应链评价指标体系和相应定量化方法,最后提出了绿色产品模块化与供应链联合设计双层规划数学模型。 第三章提出了运用遗传算法求解绿色产品模块化与供应链联合设计双层规划数学模型的方法。内容主要包括:首先介绍了标准遗传算法,然后在标准遗传算法的基础上提出了本文模型的遗传算法,包括染色体的编码,遗传算子的设定和初始种群设定等问题。 第四章以豆浆机为研究对象,应用本文提出的绿色产品模块化与供应链联合设计的方法,获得若干联合设计方案,并对方案进行了分析。 第五章对论文研究内容进行了总结和展望。
[Abstract]:Green product design needs to consider the green performance of supply chain.At the same time, the supply chain design must match the product design to improve the integrated performance of the supply chain.Based on the complex coupling relationship between green product modularization design and supply chain design, and based on the principal and subordinate relationship between them, a joint design method of green product modularization and supply chain is proposed in this paper, and a bilevel programming mathematical model is established.At the end of the paper, the validity of the model is analyzed and verified by an enterprise example, and the future research direction is proposed.The first chapter describes the background of this model and the significance of this study, analyzes the coupling relationship between modular design and supply chain design, summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of modular design and supply chain design joint optimization research.Finally, the framework of this paper is put forward.In the second chapter, a bilevel programming model of green product modularization and supply chain design is proposed.In this chapter, the process of joint design of green product modularization and supply chain is described abstractly, and then the index system of green degree evaluation, supply chain evaluation index system and corresponding quantitative method are put forward.Finally, a double-level programming mathematical model of green product modularization and supply chain design is proposed.In the third chapter, a genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the bilevel programming mathematical model of green product modularization and supply chain design.The main contents are as follows: firstly, the standard genetic algorithm is introduced, then the genetic algorithm of the model is proposed based on the standard genetic algorithm, including the coding of chromosome, the setting of genetic operator and the setting of initial population.In the fourth chapter, we take soybean milk machine as the research object, apply the method of green product modularization and supply chain joint design, get some joint design schemes, and analyze the scheme.The fifth chapter summarizes and prospects the content of the thesis.
