基于供应链的蔬菜质量安全溯源系统研究与实现

【摘要】:我国是农业大国,蔬菜质量安全问题不仅是广大人民群众关心的热点,也是各级政府工作的重点。当前,我国农产品质量安全存在的问题很多,如供应链各环节分散、产品无标识、质量安全信息不对称等,这使得消费者无法辨别产品的质量,产品质量出现问题也很难追究责任。为了保障食品质量安全,并提高农产品生产、加工的整体运作效率,亟须建立一套覆盖全供应链的可追溯体系。 本文从蔬菜供应链涉及的各环节入手,结合莱芜当地特点和多个企业实地调研情况,对“种植基地+加工企业+物流”的供应链模式进行了深入研究。在分析供应链各环节溯源信息内容、溯源编码方案以及信息可靠传递等问题的基础上,提出了蔬菜供应链溯源模型,并利用物联网技术、Web网站开发技术和数据库技术,构建了从种植、加工、运输到销售全过程的可追溯系统。系统综合考虑了追溯体系中政府、上下游企业以及消费者之间的相互关系,将溯源融于企业管理,并强调政府在产业链中的监管职能。具体研究内容以及研究成果如下: (1)基于供应链的蔬菜质量安全溯源内容研究 蔬菜供应链各个环节中影响质量安全的因素很多,不同企业间生产的差异性也很大,需要根据相关的生产、加工标准和法律法规,对蔬菜供应链上的质量安全关键控制点进行研究确定,并根据质量安全关键控制点来确定供应链溯源内容。 (2)蔬菜供应链溯源模型研究 通过对现有溯源标识体系的研究,确定了蔬菜供应链的溯源编码。在供应链溯源编码确定的基础上,重点研究了供应链各环节之间溯源信息的共享及可靠传递机制。并结合有向连通图的相关理论,提出了蔬菜供应链溯源模型。进而实现了溯源信息的正向跟踪和逆向追溯,并确保了供应链信息流的无缝联通。 (3)基于供应链的蔬菜质量安全溯源系统设计及实现 在对蔬菜供应链溯源内容和溯源模型研究的基础上,结合企业需求调研,完成了整个溯源系统的概要设计和详细设计,并设计了各个阶段的数据表和数据关系。采用S2SH整合开发技术、jQuery技术、Android开发技术和物联网技术,利用MySQL数据库、Tomcat服务器,建立了基于供应链的蔬菜质量安全溯源系统。系统包含系统管理、基地管理、种植管理、质量检测管理、地窖管理、冷库管理、腌制池管理、物料管理、保鲜类产品管理、脱水类产品管理、腌制类产品管理、物流管理、溯源追溯、政府监管等十四个功能模块,可为供应链中的上下游企业、政府和消费者提供服务。
[Abstract]:China is a big agricultural country. The problem of vegetable quality and safety is not only the focus of the people's attention, but also the focus of the government at all levels.At present, there are many problems existing in the quality and safety of agricultural products in our country, such as the fragmentation of supply chain links, the lack of marking of products, the asymmetry of quality and safety information, and so on, which makes consumers unable to distinguish the quality of products.Product quality problems are also very difficult to be held accountable.In order to ensure the safety of food quality and improve the production and processing efficiency of agricultural products, it is urgent to establish a traceability system covering the whole supply chain.Based on the local characteristics of Laiwu and the field investigation of many enterprises, the supply chain model of "Logistics of processing Enterprises based on planting Base" was studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of traceability information content, traceability coding scheme and reliable transmission of information in supply chain, the traceability model of vegetable supply chain is put forward, and the Web website development technology and database technology are developed by using the technology of Internet of things.A traceability system from planting, processing, transportation to sales is constructed.The relationship among the government, upstream and downstream enterprises and consumers in the traceability system is considered synthetically. The traceability is integrated into the enterprise management, and the supervisory function of the government in the industrial chain is emphasized.The specific contents and results of the study are as follows:Research on traceability of vegetable quality and Safety based on supply chainThere are many factors that affect quality and safety in every link of vegetable supply chain, and the differences of production among different enterprises are also very large, which need to be based on relevant production, processing standards and laws and regulations.The key control points of quality and safety in vegetable supply chain are studied and the traceability content of supply chain is determined according to the key control points of quality and safety.Study on traceability Model of vegetable supply chainThe traceability coding of vegetable supply chain is determined by studying the existing traceability marking system.Based on the determination of traceability coding of supply chain, this paper focuses on the sharing and reliable transmission mechanism of traceability information among different links of supply chain.The traceability model of vegetable supply chain is proposed based on the related theory of directed connected graph.Furthermore, the forward tracking and reverse tracing of traceability information are realized, and the seamless connection of supply chain information flow is ensured.Design and implementation of vegetable quality and Safety traceability system based on supply chainBased on the research on the traceability content and traceability model of vegetable supply chain, the summary design and detailed design of the whole traceability system are completed, and the data tables and data relationships in each stage are designed.Based on MySQL database and Tomcat server, a vegetable quality and safety traceability system based on supply chain is established by using S2SH integrated development technology, Android development technology and Internet of things technology.The system includes system management, base management, planting management, quality inspection management, cellar management, cold storage management, pickling pool management, material management, fresh-keeping product management, dehydration product management, marinade product management, logistics management, etc.Traceability, government supervision and other 14 functional modules can provide services for upstream and downstream enterprises, governments and consumers in the supply chain.
