基于供应链管理的供应链合作伙伴选择及协同管理研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术及其应用的发展,全球经济一体化程度加深,企业之间相互依赖程度增加,市场竞争激烈程度加剧,并且演变成为供应链之间的竞争,由原材料供应商—生产商—分销商—零售商所组成的供应链成为市场竞争的核心。基于供应链管理的需要,企业之问建立起战略合作伙伴关系,共享市场信息,共同承担风险,并共同受益。在市场竞争白热化的今天,企业要获取竞争优势,寻求和选择具备互补优势的合作伙伴、建立起稳固的战略合作伙伴关系就显得尤为重要;高效的供应链运营要求企业之间实现相互信任、信息共享、优势互补、协同管理,其目标是实现高质量、高效率、低成本、快速响应,最终获得供应链整体竞争优势。 本研究基于供应链管理理论,研究供应链合作伙伴评价和选择方法,分析了供应链合作伙伴的选择流程,供应链合作伙伴评价指标体系,供应链合作伙伴的评价方法,供应链合作伙伴评价指标体系主要包括合作伙伴基本条件、合作伙伴内部业务能力、合作伙伴合作能力等三个方面,各类指标的基本入围标准,只有达到基本条件才能进入供应链备选范围。 本研究通过数据包络—AHP供应链合作伙伴筛选模型分析备选企业的综合效率,淘汰综合效率偏低的备选企业;进而运用AHP计算各级指标权重,通过模糊判别矩阵,计算各备选企业综合评价数值,以该量化数值的高低,对供应链合作伙伴进行选择。在供应链合作伙伴选择的基础上,探讨了供应合作伙伴关系的维护;纳什谈判模型以及满意度协商模型在供应链合作伙伴关系维系上的作用,尤其是探讨利益分配在供应链合作伙伴关系中的维系作用,最后指出信息共享、公平信任、激励互补、动态协同等是维系供应链合作伙伴关系有效措施。 本文主要内容如下: 第一部分主要介绍研究背景、选题的意义,分析研究现状、同时介绍本论文主要研究内容和论文框架结构。 第二部分主要分析本文参考的理论基础,重点介绍博弈论、交易成本、协同理论等,并指出建立供应链合作伙伴存在的问题等。 第三部分主要分析供应链合作伙伴关系的选择,选择模型、任务特征等进行分析。 第四部分主要分析供应链合作伙伴选择模型等等。 第五部分主要分析XT公司供应链合作伙伴协同管理,主要包括合作竞争管理、风险管理。 第六部分主要是结合实际情况,以XT公司为例,进行实证分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and its applications, the degree of global economic integration has deepened, the degree of interdependence between enterprises has increased, the market competition has intensified, and has evolved into competition between supply chains.Supply chain composed of raw material supplier-producer-distributor-retailer becomes the core of market competition.Based on the need of supply chain management, enterprises establish strategic partnership, share market information, share risks, and benefit together.In the fierce competition in the market today, it is particularly important for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages, seek and select partners with complementary advantages, and establish a firm strategic partnership.Efficient supply chain operation requires enterprises to achieve mutual trust, information sharing, complementary advantages, collaborative management, its goal is to achieve high quality, high efficiency, low cost, rapid response, and finally obtain the overall competitive advantage of the supply chain.Based on the supply chain management theory, this paper studies the evaluation and selection methods of the supply chain partners, analyzes the selection process of the supply chain partners, the evaluation index system of the supply chain partners, and the evaluation methods of the supply chain partners.The evaluation index system of supply chain partners mainly includes three aspects: the basic conditions of partners, the internal business ability of partners, the cooperation ability of partners, and the basic shortlist criteria of all kinds of indicators.Only meet the basic conditions to enter the supply chain options.In this study, the comprehensive efficiency of alternative enterprises is analyzed by data enveloping AHP supply chain partner selection model, and the low comprehensive efficiency of alternative enterprises is eliminated, and then the index weight of all levels is calculated by using AHP, and the fuzzy discriminant matrix is used.The comprehensive evaluation value of each alternative enterprise is calculated, and the supply chain partner is selected according to the quantitative value.Based on the selection of supply chain partners, this paper discusses the maintenance of supply partnership, the role of Nash negotiation model and satisfaction negotiation model in the maintenance of supply chain partnership.In particular, the paper discusses the role of benefit distribution in the maintenance of supply chain partnership, and finally points out that information sharing, fair trust, incentive complementarity, dynamic collaboration are effective measures to maintain supply chain partnership.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part mainly introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, the analysis of the status quo, and introduces the main research content and the structure of the paper.The second part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of this paper, focuses on the introduction of game theory, transaction costs, coordination theory, and points out the problems of establishing supply chain partners.The third part mainly analyzes the selection of supply chain partnership, selection model, task characteristics and so on.The fourth part mainly analyzes the supply chain partner selection model and so on.The fifth part mainly analyzes the collaborative management of supply chain partners in XT Company, including cooperative competition management and risk management.The sixth part mainly combines the actual situation, taking XT company as an example, carries on the empirical analysis.
