施工阶段看板管理的理论与应用研究

【摘要】:工程项目的施工阶段存在很多问题,以建造精益化为目标的管理有助于减少施工过程中的巨大浪费,有效控制施工进度,确保计划精确执行,同时还能改善建筑产品的质量以及建造过程中的人员安全状况。目前,精益建造和看板管理在国内的研究和实施都落后于发达国家,,针对建造业现状,进行施工阶段的看板管理研究具有重要意义。 论文主要是对看板管理在施工阶段的应用进行理论研究和设计。 首先,对精益建造的理论做了概括和分析,阐释了看板的内涵、原则,结合了诸如最后计划者体系、准时制等精益工具,提出了精益集成化看板管理的理论框架。 其次,分析了国内建造施工存在的问题,以施工阶段的模板工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程为管理对象,以进度、成本、质量、安全的改善作为最终目标,阐述了看板管理的思路。在材料供应、加工、配送及现场流动过程中,先通过合理选取供应商进行材料采购,采用射频识别技术进行材料供应链全程监控,用中间库存的理念进行更有效的库存管理;实施模板和钢筋集中加工配送,实现三大材料专业化、商品化的采购、加工和运输;运用电子看板系统总控制机制完成整体拉动式控制,实现准时制,并能够进行质量和安全事故预防;加上最后计划者体系优化计划安排,最终设计了看板体系在材料流、工作流、信息流中的行动模式。所用电子看板系统包含的六个子系统(看板运行系统、供应链管理系统、库存管理系统、成本控制系统、现场管理系统、质量安全控制系统)能分别对成本、进度、质量、安全等进行管理控制。 最后,基于以上施工阶段看板管理系统的设计,论文以江苏句容某施工项目为例,提出了看板管理体系的实施策略和实施方法,绘制了该工程的看板系统运行框架和看板业务模型,比较清晰地呈现了施工阶段看板体系的应用模式。本文认为,看板管理在建筑施工阶段能够发挥其优化业务的能力,为社会节约更多资源,但其实际使用方法和效果还需要进行实践测试和完善。
[Abstract]:There are many problems in the construction phase of the project. The management of lean construction can help to reduce the huge waste in the construction process, control the progress of the construction effectively, and ensure the accurate execution of the plan.It also improves the quality of construction products and the safety of personnel during construction.At present, the research and implementation of lean construction and Kanban management in China lag behind those in developed countries. It is of great significance to study Kanban management in construction stage according to the present situation of construction industry.This paper mainly studies and designs the application of Kanban management in construction stage.Firstly, the theory of lean construction is summarized and analyzed, the connotation and principle of Kanban are explained, and the theoretical framework of lean integrated Kanban management is proposed by combining lean tools such as the system of final Planner and punctuality.Secondly, the paper analyzes the problems existing in domestic construction, taking the formwork, reinforcement and concrete engineering in the construction stage as the management object, and taking the progress, cost, quality and safety improvement as the ultimate goal.This paper expounds the idea of Kanban management.In the process of material supply, processing, distribution and field flow, the supplier is selected reasonably to purchase materials, RFID technology is used to monitor the whole process of material supply chain, and the idea of intermediate inventory is used to carry out more effective inventory management.Implement centralized processing and distribution of formwork and steel bar, realize three major material specialization, commercialization of procurement, processing and transportation; use the electronic Kanban system master control mechanism to complete the overall pull control, achieve punctual system,It can prevent quality and safety accidents, and finally design the action mode of Kanban system in material flow, workflow and information flow.The electronic Kanban system consists of six subsystems (Kanban operation system, supply chain management system, inventory management system, cost control system, field management system, quality safety control system).Safety management and control.Finally, based on the above design of Kanban management system in construction stage, taking a construction project in Jurong, Jiangsu Province as an example, the paper puts forward the implementation strategy and method of Kanban management system.The operation frame and business model of Kanban system of this project are drawn, and the application mode of Kanban system in construction stage is presented clearly.This paper holds that Kanban management can give play to its ability to optimize business and save more resources for the society in the construction stage, but its practical use method and effect still need to be tested and perfected in practice.
