基于TPL的国内汽车采购物流联动机制研究

【摘要】:随着国内居民人均收入的不断提高,国内汽车市场有了突飞猛进的发展,在市场及国外汽车品牌的带动下,国产品牌汽车企业也有了快速的发展。国产品牌轿车与外资或合资品牌汽车的竞争中一直处于不利地位,国产品牌汽车在汽车研发技术及生产管理环节都要落后于外资品牌汽车。短时间内在汽车技术上要达到国外品牌水准,基本是一件不可能的事情,因为大部分先进汽车技术都被国外企业垄断,而生产管理水平却可以借鉴国外先进经验快速提高。汽车零部件采购物流是汽车制造企业生产管理很重要的-环,占用企业大量的资金成本,国内汽车制造企业在此环节具有很大的提升空间。国产品牌汽车制造企业要想在国内汽车市场上获得更多的竞争优势,提高此环节的管理水平是必须进行的步骤。汽车采购物流环节复杂程度高,与生产联系紧密,在当前第三方物流快速发展的背景下,供应商、第三方物流及国内整车制造企业三者之间的联动机制研究可以为国产汽车制造企业提供实践指导意义。 论文主要从供应商管理,供应链管理及精益生产的角度对国内汽车采购物流环节进行了研究,主要工作涉及一下几个部分: 第一通过国内外文献的查阅和对比,分析了国内外学者对于汽车采购物流环节的研究现状,给出本文研究的范围及研究意义。 第二界定涉及汽车采购物流相关概念及理论,包括汽车物流、国内汽车采购物流及第三方物流相关概念及特征,相关理论部分主要涉及采购管理理论、供应链管理理论及精益思想理论。 第三结合个人工作经验、网络资源及汽车采购物流相关从业人员的交流,对比国外品牌汽车制造企业,运用SWOT方法从四个方面分析了国内汽车采购物流环节的现状及问题。 第四根据第三部分分析的问题提出供应商参与的国内汽车采购物流外包策略,阐述采购物流外包的优势,分析国内汽车制造企业可选的两种物流外包模式。研究汽车零部件供应商的分类及参与第三方物流服务商选择的步骤,从供应商、第三方物流三个角度分析物流供应商选择影响因素,提出供应商参与的第三方物流服务商的管理机制。 第五在市场竞争、信息共享平台及物流标准化的前提下建立供应商、第三方物流及国内整车制造企业联动机制,通过流程图分析联动机制在采购物流运输及仓储环节的应用,优化国内汽车制造企业零部件运输及仓储环节。 第六部分对全文进行总结并提出未来可以继续研究的方向
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the per capita income of domestic residents, the domestic automobile market has developed by leaps and bounds. Under the impetus of the market and foreign automobile brands, the domestic brand automobile enterprises have also had a rapid development.Domestic brand cars are always in a disadvantageous position in the competition with foreign or joint-venture brands, and domestic brand cars lag behind foreign brands in R & D technology and production management.In a short period of time, it is impossible to reach the foreign brand level in automobile technology, because most of the advanced automobile technology is monopolized by foreign enterprises, but the production management level can be improved rapidly by foreign advanced experience.The purchasing logistics of automobile parts is very important in the production management of automobile manufacturing enterprises, which occupies a large amount of capital cost of the enterprises. The domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises have a great space to improve in this link.In order to gain more competitive advantage in domestic automobile market, it is necessary to improve the management level of this link.Automobile procurement logistics links are highly complex and closely related to production. In the context of the rapid development of third-party logistics, suppliers,The research on the linkage mechanism between the third party logistics and domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises can provide practical guidance for domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper mainly studies the domestic automobile purchasing logistics from the aspects of supplier management, supply chain management and lean production. The main work involves the following parts:First, through the reference and comparison of domestic and foreign literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars' research on automobile procurement logistics, and gives the scope and significance of this study.The second definition involves the related concepts and theories of automobile procurement logistics, including automobile logistics, domestic automobile procurement logistics and third party logistics.Supply chain management theory and lean thought theory.Third, combining with personal working experience, network resources and the exchange of related personnel of automobile procurement logistics, compared with foreign brand automobile manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of domestic automobile procurement logistics from four aspects by using SWOT method.Fourth, according to the problems of the third part, this paper puts forward the domestic automobile procurement outsourcing strategy in which suppliers participate, expounds the advantages of procurement logistics outsourcing, and analyzes the two optional logistics outsourcing modes for domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper studies the classification of automobile parts suppliers and the steps of participating in the selection of third-party logistics service providers, and analyzes the factors affecting the selection of logistics suppliers from the perspective of suppliers and third-party logistics.This paper puts forward the management mechanism of the third party logistics service provider in which the supplier participates.Fifth, under the premise of market competition, information sharing platform and logistics standardization, establish the linkage mechanism of supplier, third party logistics and domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises, and analyze the application of linkage mechanism in purchasing logistics, transportation and warehousing by flow chart.Optimize parts transportation and warehousing in domestic auto manufacturing enterprises.The sixth part summarizes the full text and puts forward the direction that can be further studied in the future.
