中铝兰州分公司采购流程优化研究

【摘要】：采购是工业企业生产和经营活动的重要组成部分,用在采购业务上的资金往往占销售额的20%到40%,对企业的生存和发展有着重要作用。采购流程是企业业务流程中的重中之重,改善采购流程可以提高采购效率,降低采购成本,从而可以提高经济效益。本文以国内大型铝电解企业中铝兰州分公司为研究对象,探讨了企业采购流程优化的重要性及对企业的现实意义。本文旨在通过对中铝兰州分公司现行的采购流程进行诊断分析,找出存在的问题及其原因,然后在对相关理论学习的基础上,提出解决采购流程过程的优化建议。在论文中首先通过对业务流程再造和供应链管理相关理论的分析,介绍了采购流程优化与采购的含义,流程再造方法及流程再造的原则和步骤；然后对中铝兰州分公司的采购流程进行了分析,指出了在当前环境下该流程存在的主要问题及原因；在此基础上,制定了采购流程优化的方向及策略,分别从组织体系建立,需求分析及计划制定,供应商的选择管理及采购业务相关人员的培训等方面对子流程进行了重新设计及深度剖析,最后以电子采购平台及ERP的系统为保障,对中铝兰州分公司采购流程进行新的设计。
[Abstract]:Procurement is an important part of the production and management activities of industrial enterprises. The funds used in purchasing business often account for 20% to 40% of the sales volume and play an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.The procurement process is the most important in the business process of the enterprise. Improving the procurement process can improve the procurement efficiency, reduce the procurement cost, and thus improve the economic efficiency.This paper takes Lanzhou Branch of China Aluminum electrolysis as the research object, discusses the importance of the optimization of purchasing process and its practical significance to the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to diagnose and analyze the current purchasing process of Lanzhou Branch of Chinalco, find out the existing problems and their causes, and then, on the basis of the study of relevant theories, put forward some suggestions to optimize the procurement process.Firstly, through the analysis of the relevant theories of BPR and supply chain management, this paper introduces the meaning of procurement process optimization and procurement, the method of BPR and the principles and steps of BPR.Then, the paper analyzes the purchasing process of Sinalco Lanzhou Branch, points out the main problems and causes of the process under the current environment, and on this basis, formulates the direction and strategy of the procurement process optimization, respectively from the establishment of the organizational system.Requirements analysis and planning, supplier selection and management, procurement business related personnel training and other aspects of the re-design and in-depth analysis of the final electronic procurement platform and ERP system as a guarantee,The procurement process of Lanzhou Branch of Chinalco is designed.
