浅析供应链管理下的食品安全

【摘要】:食品供应链在我国被称为"农田到餐桌",随着时代发展,人们物质文化需求不断增长,百姓对食品的丰富性、精致性需求巨幅增加,同时,随着现代生活节奏的加快,精加工食品方便了人们的生活,越来越受到百姓青睐。供应链不再是单链存在,而呈网状扩大,这给食品安全的监管与控制带来巨大挑战。本文将从食品供应链上各环节出发,分别阐述企业、政府对食品安全的监管与控制点,并讨论如何更好服务消费者的新措施。
[Abstract]:Food supply chain is called "farmland to dining table" in our country. With the development of the times, people's material and cultural needs continue to grow, and the people's demand for food richness and delicacy increases greatly. At the same time, with the acceleration of the pace of modern life,Refined food is convenient for people's life, more and more favored by the people.The supply chain is no longer a single chain, but a net expansion, which brings great challenges to the regulation and control of food safety.In this paper, starting from all aspects of the food supply chain, the supervision and control points of the enterprises and the government on food safety are expounded, and the new measures to better serve the consumers are discussed.
