供应链环境下制造—分销二级库存优化研究

【摘要】:随着经济的全球化发展,由企业之间传统的单个竞争转变为供应链之间的竞争。库存管理作为供应链管理的重要内容之一,其优劣直接影响供应链敏捷性和供应链价值增值的实现。因此,供应链环境下的库存控制是十分有必要的。传统的库存管理是单个企业只从自身的角度考虑,对自身的库存优化,而供应链环境下的库存控制是对供应链中所有的资源进行全局的优化,以供应链整体库存为优化目标,通过对供应链上各个节点企业的库存量进行合理分配,实现整个供应链的利润最大化。本文从供应链系统成本优化和系统周转时间优化两个角度来考虑,通过分析供应链多级库存的基本理论与制造-分销二级库存系统得结构、优化目标、订货策略,构建了从制造商到分销商二级库存系统,分析制造商与分销商的成本构成与周转时间构成。研究表明,当制造商采用周期性(s,S)的补货策略、分销商采用连续性(R,Q)的补货策略时的系统总的库存函数和周转时间函数。然后,通过对库存模型求解方法的比较分析,选择了更为优化的免疫遗传算法对模型求解,并对其进行了免疫遗传算法的设计。以东莞市钜大电子有限公司的LR20为例,结合本文所构建的模型与算法设计,运用MTLAB软件进行仿真求解。通过对结果的分析,验证本文所构建的模型与算法的实证性与可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the traditional competition between enterprises is transformed into supply chain competition. Inventory management as one of the important contents of supply chain management, its merits and demerits directly affect the realization of supply chain agility and supply chain value added. Therefore, the inventory control under the supply chain environment is very necessary. The traditional inventory management is to optimize the inventory of a single enterprise from its own point of view, while the inventory control in the supply chain environment is the overall optimization of all resources in the supply chain, taking the overall inventory of the supply chain as the optimization goal. In order to maximize the profit of the whole supply chain, the stock of each node in the supply chain is allocated reasonably. This paper analyzes the basic theory of supply chain multi-level inventory and the structure of manufacturing and distribution secondary inventory system, optimizes the target and ordering strategy, from two angles of supply chain system cost optimization and system turnaround time optimization, and analyzes the basic theory of supply chain multi-level inventory and the structure of manufacturing and distribution secondary inventory system. The second level inventory system from manufacturer to distributor is constructed to analyze the cost composition and turnover time composition of manufacturer and distributor. The results show that the total inventory function and the turnover time function of the system are obtained when the manufacturer adopts the replenishment strategy of periodic swarf) and the distributor adopts the replenishment strategy of continuity / RQ). Then, through the comparison and analysis of the inventory model solving methods, the more optimized immune genetic algorithm is selected to solve the model, and the immune genetic algorithm is designed. Taking LR20 of Dongguan Juda Electronics Co., Ltd as an example, combining the model and algorithm design of this paper, MTLAB software is used to simulate the solution. Through the analysis of the results, the model and algorithm constructed in this paper are verified to be practical and feasible.
