模糊环境下基于回收再利用闭环供应链定价决策研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的迅速发展,人们的生活水平也在逐步的提高,人们的需求也在不断增加。与此同时,资源的消耗也在不断的加剧,人们的生活环境的污染程度也在不断的加大。面对这种情况,企业开始对废弃物品进行回收再利用,使得传统的供应链开始向闭环供应链转变。企业通过回收渠道从消费者手中收购废弃产品,将废弃产品进行分解处理后投入到新产品的制造中。在这一过程中供应链形成了一种循环的生产方式,这为企业带来了一定的经济效益,同时也减少了环境的污染,带来了一定的社会效益。 本文首先介绍了闭环供应链的国内外研究现状,在前人研究的基础上提出了本文研究的主要问题,即对模糊环境下的闭环供应链定价决策进行研究,并且对闭环供应链与模糊环境的相关理论进行了描述。 其次,本文在不同的回收渠道下研究了闭环供应链的最优定价决策。本文将回收渠道分为制造商回收、零售商回收与混合回收三种,在不同的回收渠道下站在制造商与零售商的角度进行分析。在每一种回收方式下根据制造商与零售商议价能力的不同分为制造商主导博弈、零售商主导博弈与Nash均衡博弈三种博弈方式。本文利用模糊集理论与博弈理论在每一种回收方式下建立了模糊期望模型,通过对模糊期望模型求解得到最优的定价决策。通过数值仿真的研究,,我们发现在混合回收的情形下制造商的期望利润最大,并且其随着废弃产品回收再利用率的增加而增加 最后,本文基于彩电行业以C公司为例,对C公司在不同回收渠道下的定价决策进行了研究,依据对C公司数据的分析,验证了本文研究的合理性与可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, people's living standards are also gradually improving, people's needs are also increasing. At the same time, the consumption of resources is also increasing, people's living environment pollution is also increasing. Faced with this situation, enterprises begin to recycle and reuse waste materials, which makes the traditional supply chain begin to change to closed-loop supply chain. Through recycling channels, enterprises buy discarded products from consumers, then decompose the waste products and put them into the manufacture of new products. In this process, the supply chain forms a circular mode of production, which brings certain economic benefits to the enterprise, and also reduces the pollution of the environment and brings certain social benefits. This paper first introduces the current research situation of closed-loop supply chain at home and abroad, and puts forward the main problem of this paper based on the previous research, that is, to study the pricing decision of closed-loop supply chain under fuzzy environment. The theory of closed-loop supply chain and fuzzy environment is described. Secondly, this paper studies the optimal pricing decision of closed-loop supply chain under different recovery channels. In this paper, the recycling channel is divided into three types: manufacturer recycling, retailer recycling and mixed recovery. It is analyzed from the point of view of manufacturer and retailer under different recovery channels. According to the difference of bargaining power between manufacturer and retailer, it is divided into three kinds of game: manufacturer leading game, retailer leading game and Nash equilibrium game. In this paper, the fuzzy expectation model is established by using the fuzzy set theory and the game theory, and the optimal pricing decision is obtained by solving the fuzzy expectation model. Through numerical simulation, we find that the manufacturer's expected profit is the largest in the case of mixed recycling, and it increases with the increase of recycling efficiency of discarded products. Finally, based on the color TV industry, taking C Company as an example, this paper studies the pricing decision of C Company under different recovery channels, and verifies the rationality and feasibility of this study based on the analysis of C Company data.
