多级库存网络的射频辨识定量在制品法控制策略设计

【摘要】:为了验证无线射频识别使能的定量在制品法控制策略的性能,基于无线射频识别技术的实时性及可视性特点,借鉴单工厂多阶段生产系统定量在制品法控制策略的实现机制,设计了供应链分销网络多级库存系统无线射频识别使能的定量在制品法控制策略,采用面向对象技术开发了系统仿真平台,以供应链分销网络四级库存系统为例,分别在单产品及多产品需求情况下,通过仿真方法将其与基于无线射频识别的经典供应链库存控制策略进行对比,验证了无线射频识别使能的定量在制品法控制策略的正确性和优越性。
[Abstract]:In order to verify the performance of the QWIP control strategy, based on the real-time and visibility characteristics of RFID technology, the realization mechanism of the QWIP control strategy for a single factory multi-stage production system is used for reference. A quantitative WIP control strategy for multi-level inventory system of supply chain distribution network is designed. The system simulation platform is developed using object-oriented technology. The four-level inventory system of supply chain distribution network is taken as an example. In the case of single product and multi-product demand, it is compared with the classic supply chain inventory control strategy based on radio frequency identification (RFID) through simulation method. The correctness and superiority of the quantitative WIP control strategy for radio frequency identification (RFID) enablement are verified.
