基于消费者废旧家电回收行为的闭环供应链模型研究

【摘要】:北京最近连续几周出现大范围雾霾天气,由此可以看出环境污染越来越严重。而我国电子垃圾污染已经成为重要的环境问题,应引起政府和广大环境工作者的关注。我国虽然已在某些城市进行试点工作,但是效果并不明显,主要原因还是电子废弃物来源供给不畅。而消费者作为源头废弃物的持者,直接影响到回收物的供给,在回收系统中的作用日益突出。因此为找出影响消费者参与废旧家电回收的因素,本文通过问卷调查实地检验的方法,对数据进行处理分析,找出相关影响因素。又在Savaskan供应链模型基础上引入影响因素,通过比较回收率及供应链整体利润找到较好的回收方式。基于上述背景,本文通过研究了解国内外相关文献,找到了消费者对废旧家电回收影响因素的理论基础——计划行为理论模型。将影响消费者参与废旧家电的因素具体分为经济激励,非经济激励,政策影响,周围环境影响,自我能力,便利情况六个方面。通过实际调查,数据收集并分析,建立原始结构方程。根据数据对结构方程进行相应调整,最终得到影响消费者参与废旧家电回收的因素。将影响消费者参与废旧家电行为因素以变量形式代入供应链模型之中,算出各模型的回收率以及各方参与者的利润,找到最优的回收方式。通过态度8、问卷星等网络平台收集调查问卷并分析建模,最终得到结论有,最好以现金方式对消费者给予经济激励;消费者愿意接受的理想回收距离为500-1000米,理想回收时间为30-60分钟,所以回收商可以在消费者密集处建立固定回收点;根据对闭环供应链模型计算发现,由零售商进行回收是最好的回收方式,不但回收率有所提高,而且供应链整体利润最大。
[Abstract]:Beijing has seen widespread haze weather in recent weeks, a sign of growing environmental pollution. The pollution of electronic garbage in China has become an important environmental problem, which should be concerned by the government and environmental workers. Although our country has carried on the pilot work in some cities, but the effect is not obvious, the main reason is that the supply of electronic waste is not smooth. As the holder of source waste, consumers directly affect the supply of recycled materials and play an increasingly important role in the recovery system. Therefore, in order to find out the factors that affect the consumers' participation in the recovery of used household appliances, this paper analyzes the data and finds out the relevant factors by the method of questionnaire field inspection. On the basis of Savaskan supply chain model, influence factors are introduced to find a better way of recovery by comparing the recovery rate and the overall profit of the supply chain. Based on the above background, this paper finds out the theoretical basis of the factors affecting the recovery of used household appliances by studying the relevant literature at home and abroad, which is the theoretical model of planned behavior. The factors that affect consumers' participation in waste household appliances are divided into six aspects: economic incentive, non-economic incentive, policy influence, surrounding environmental impact, self-ability and convenience. Through the actual investigation, data collection and analysis, the establishment of the original structural equation. According to the data, the structure equation is adjusted accordingly, and the factors that affect the consumers' participation in the recovery of used household appliances are finally obtained. The factors affecting consumer participation in the behavior of used household appliances are substituted into the supply chain model in the form of variables. The recovery rate of each model and the profits of participants are calculated to find the best way of recovery. Through attitude 8, questionnaire star and other network platforms to collect the questionnaire and analyze the model, it is concluded that it is best to give economic incentives to consumers in the form of cash; the ideal recycling distance that consumers are willing to accept is 500-1000 meters. The ideal recovery time is 30-60 minutes, so the recycler can set up a fixed recovery point in the consumer-intensive area. According to the calculation of the closed-loop supply chain model, it is found that the best way to recycle is by the retailer, and not only the recovery rate has been improved. And the supply chain as a whole the largest profit.
