【摘要】：全球化经济时代的到来，把我国的物流行业推向了一个全新的位置，物流行业成为了国民经济中重要的利益增长点。我国物流行业虽然已有多年的成长历史，但同国外的物流行业相比，我国的物流业还是有很多进步的空间。其中最明显的差别是，我国物流成本相对较高，而在物流成本构成要素中，运输成本所占的比例高达百分之四十，这说明降低物流成本的关键是要加强对运输成本的控制。物流运输成本的降低，不仅能提高企业的自身利益，还能加快供应链的运作效率。因此，研究物流运输成本的控制对我国物流行业的进一步发展具有重要意义。本论文首先介绍了研究的背景及意义，综述了国内外关于物流运输成本理论的研究现状，阐述了物流运输成本的构成以及影响因素，运输成本控制的特点以及内容。在此理论的基础上，以物流运输成本的构成项目为切入点，分析了DF公司运输成本管理现状中存在的问题，以及造成这些问题的原因，得出了该公司运输成本控制的内容和目标。根据控制内容和控制目标，，采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法，建立了DF公司控制运输成本的优化模型，并且运用LINGO软件进行编程求解，得出了最优的运输方案，再和原先的运输方案进行比较分析，结果表明运输成本降低了，说明了该优化模型确实能提高DF公司的经济效益，证明了该优化模型有效性和实用性，最后提出了针对DF公司控制运输成本的相关建议。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the era of global economy has pushed the logistics industry of our country to a new position, and the logistics industry has become an important point of benefit growth in the national economy. Although China's logistics industry has been growing for many years, compared with foreign logistics industry, China's logistics industry still has a lot of room for progress. The most obvious difference is that the logistics cost of our country is relatively high, and the proportion of transportation cost is as high as 40% among the components of logistics cost, which shows that the key to reduce logistics cost is to strengthen the control of transportation cost. The reduction of logistics transportation cost can not only improve the interests of enterprises, but also accelerate the operation efficiency of supply chain. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the control of logistics transportation cost for the further development of logistics industry in China. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, summarizes the current research situation of logistics transportation cost theory at home and abroad, expounds the composition and influence factors of logistics transportation cost, the characteristics and contents of transportation cost control. On the basis of this theory, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of transportation cost of DF Company and the causes of these problems, taking the component items of logistics transportation cost as the starting point. The content and goal of the company's transportation cost control are obtained. According to the control contents and control objectives, the optimization model of DF company's transportation cost control is established by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the optimal transportation scheme is obtained by programming with LINGO software. Compared with the original transportation scheme, the result shows that the transportation cost has been reduced, which shows that the optimization model can improve the economic benefit of DF Company, and proves the validity and practicability of the optimization model. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to control the transportation cost of DF Company.
