【摘要】：目前全球经济整体还是处于一个萎靡消沉时期,安防行业的海外市场也是硝烟四起,危机重重。之前欧债危机的持续影响和欧元区市场的需求萎缩,中国的安防出口整体也处于低迷的状态；接着以金砖五国为首的新兴市场股市一路下滑,国际汇率的变化剧烈,恶劣的国外市场环境对安防出口企业更是雪上加霜。但在中国政府主导下的平安城市、机场、交通等公共领域里安防市场却隐藏着庞大的市场潜力,所以赢得中国市场至关重要。也正因为行业内的制造商都看重中国市场,导致中国市场竞争也日益加剧,无论是在门禁系统,防盗系统,还是在视频监控系统领域,都想获得更大的市场份额和更多的利润。而在中国的市场环境中,客户需要快速响应,稳定的品质,柔性的应变能力,更具竞争力的价格,所以供应链起着至关重要的作用,而物料采购管理制定和实施在供应链中显得尤为关键。首先,对HW安防中国公司采购管理的现状进行了介绍,通过分析得出,HW安防中国公司存在采购订单编制流程过于单一和缺乏有效的供应商激励机制等采购管理问题。其次,针对HW安防中国公司存在采的采购管理问题,通过物料编码体系标准化、二维物料ABC分类法、新的采购计划编制流程和供应商激励机制的构建形成了采购管理的改进方案。这些方法对HW安防中国公司的采购管理将起到很大的作用。最后,为保证改进方案的实施运行,提出改进方案的实施措施和保障措施,主要从建立产品数据管理系统和改进采购管理信息系统二方面进行,以改进方案的顺利实施。
[Abstract]:At present, the global economy as a whole is still in a period of depression. With the continuing impact of the European debt crisis and the shrinking demand in the euro zone market, China's overall security exports were also in a depressed state. Then the emerging markets, led by the BRICS countries, fell all the way, and the international exchange rate changed dramatically. The harsh foreign market environment to the security export enterprises is even worse. But in the safe cities, airports, transport and other public areas under the leadership of the Chinese government, the security market has huge market potential, so winning the Chinese market is crucial. It is also because manufacturers in the industry value the Chinese market, which is increasingly competitive, whether in access control systems, security systems, or video surveillance systems, for greater market share and more profits. In China's market environment, customers need quick response, stable quality, flexible resilience, more competitive price, so supply chain plays a vital role. And material purchasing management formulation and implementation in the supply chain is particularly critical. Firstly, the current situation of procurement management in HW security China is introduced, and the problems of procurement management such as the singleness of purchase order preparation process and the lack of effective supplier incentive mechanism are found through the analysis of HW security China. Secondly, aiming at the problem of purchasing management in HW security China company, through the standardization of material coding system, two-dimensional material ABC classification method, The new purchasing planning process and the construction of supplier incentive mechanism form the improvement scheme of purchasing management. These methods will play a great role in the procurement management of HW Security China. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the improved scheme, the implementation measures and safeguards are put forward, mainly from the establishment of product data management system and the improvement of procurement management information system, in order to improve the smooth implementation of the scheme.
