天津米克公司原材料和设备采购管理问题研究

【摘要】:伴随着经济全球化,企业之间的竞争异常激烈,企业赚取利润的能力和空间正在被同行削弱,在这个背景下,供应链已被越来越多的企业作为第三利润源泉,采购作为供应链的核心内容之一,也越来越被企业所重视,向采购要利润已成为越来越多企业的共识。早在20世纪60年代采购就已经被视为利润中心,企业和学者也开始着重于采购管理方面理论的研究,提出了一些先进的采购管理方法和理念,同时也引入和借鉴了一些西方的研究成果,在此基础之上提出一些先进的管理理念,如供应链管理、采购管理、战略采购管理、供应商管理等。本文以采购管理的理论为基础,以米克公司日常采购运为研究目标,分析米克公可日常采购管理方面存在的问题和漏洞,进而分析这些问题存在的根本原因,最后提出改进的措施和方案,并分析了采取这些改进措施可以取得的预期效果,从根本上解决如何在保证质量和交货期的前提下做好采购管理,把库存控制在合理的水平,减少库存成本,削减采购成本,从而增强企业的盈利能力;同时在研究米克公司实际案例的基础上提出了一些完善采购流程方面的措施,完善了公司的规章制度,合理控制库存,完善和弥补采购信息的缺陷,这些措施的提出也为采购管理理论方面的研究提供了详实的材料。本文主要包含以下内容:阐述了采购管理方面的相关基础理论和方法;结合米克公司原材料和备件采购管理现状,分析原材料和备件采购管理存在的问题;分析了天津米克公司原材料和备件采购管理问题成因;进而提出天津米克公司原材料和备件采购管理的改进措施;最后,对改进措施的预期效果进行评述。通过对米克公司原材料和备件采购管理方面存在问题的分析,在研究采购管理理论和方法的基础上,结合米克公司实际的案例提出改进的方案和措施,为米克公司采购管理提供了借鉴和解决方案,使米克公司原材料和备件采购管理的各环节更加趋于标准化、规范化,提高企业的采购管理水平,使采购流程更加流畅,更能及时满足企业各方面的需要,从而有效降低企业成本,并为采购管理的理论研究提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy, the competition among enterprises is fierce, and the ability and space of enterprises to earn profits are being weakened by their peers. Under this background, supply chain has been regarded as the third source of profits by more and more enterprises. As one of the core contents of supply chain, purchasing is paid more and more attention by enterprises. As early as the 1960s, procurement has been regarded as a profit center. Enterprises and scholars have also begun to focus on the theory of procurement management, and put forward some advanced procurement management methods and concepts. At the same time, some western research results are introduced and used for reference. On this basis, some advanced management concepts are put forward, such as supply chain management, procurement management, strategic procurement management, supplier management and so on. Based on the theory of purchasing management and taking the daily purchasing operation of Mick Company as the research goal, this paper analyzes the problems and loopholes in Mick's daily purchasing management, and then analyzes the root causes of these problems. Finally, the paper puts forward the improvement measures and schemes, and analyzes the expected results that can be achieved by adopting these improvement measures, and fundamentally solves how to do the purchasing management well under the premise of ensuring the quality and the delivery time, and to control the inventory at a reasonable level. At the same time, on the basis of studying the actual case of Mick Company, the paper puts forward some measures to perfect the purchasing process, and consummates the company's rules and regulations. Reasonably controlling inventory, perfecting and making up the defect of purchasing information, these measures also provide detailed materials for the research of purchasing management theory. This article mainly includes the following contents: elaborated the related basic theory and the method in the procurement management aspect, combined with the Mick company raw material and the spare parts purchase management present situation, analyzed the raw material and the spare parts purchase management existence question; This paper analyzes the causes of purchasing management of raw materials and spare parts in Tianjin Mick Company, and then puts forward the improvement measures for purchasing management of raw materials and spare parts in Tianjin Mick Company. Finally, it comments on the expected effect of the improvement measures. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the procurement management of raw materials and spare parts of Mick Company, and on the basis of the study of the theory and method of purchasing management, combined with the actual case of Mick Company, the paper puts forward the improvement scheme and measures. It provides a reference and solution for the procurement management of Mick Company, which makes the parts and raw materials purchasing management of Mick Company more standardized, standardized, improves the level of purchasing management, and makes the purchasing process more smooth. More timely to meet the needs of all aspects of the enterprise, thus effectively reduce the cost of enterprises, and provide reference for the theoretical study of procurement management.
