报废汽车逆向物流网络布局研究

【摘要】:随着人们收入和生活水平的提高,汽车拥有量和报废量逐年增加,如果不对这些报废汽车进行适当的处理,一方面会给社会带来严重的环境污染问题,另一方面报废汽车中蕴含着大量可再利用的资源,不对它们进行适当处理的话会造成资源浪费。报废汽车逆向物流正是从社会、资源和企业等角度来挖掘其潜在效益,因此该研究有一定的理论意义和实际应用价值。本文以报废汽车逆向物流网络规划为主要研究对象,根据国内外报废汽车逆向物流相关的研究及应用现状,通过对报废汽车逆向物流体系及模式进行分析,得出报废汽车逆向物流的三种模式,包括制造商为核心的模式、制造商联盟为核心的模式和第三方为核心的模式,且对这三种模式特点、优缺点和适用情况进行比较研究;以此为基础,建立了三种报废汽车逆向物流网络布局的目标规划模型。最后以陕西省为例,对陕西省报废汽车现状进行研究,选择了适合陕西省的第三方为核心的逆向物流模式,并在这种模式的基础上建立网络布局模型,最终得出结论,应当在西安、宝鸡和榆林建立仓储与检测点,在西安、咸阳和延安建立拆解处理点。
[Abstract]:With the increase of people's income and living standards, the amount of car ownership and the amount of scrap is increasing year by year. If these abandoned cars are not properly handled, it will bring serious environmental pollution to the society on the one hand, and on the other hand, a large number of reused resources are contained in the abandoned cars, which will result in the improper treatment of them. Waste of resources. The reverse logistics of discarded automobile is just from the perspective of society, resources and enterprises to excavate its potential benefits. Therefore, the research has a certain theoretical significance and practical application value. This paper is based on the reverse logistics network planning of scrapped cars as the main research object, and according to the research and application status of the reverse logistics of domestic and foreign vehicles. Through the analysis of the reverse logistics system and model of the discarded automobile, the three modes of the reverse logistics of the scrap car are obtained, including the model of the manufacturer as the core, the core model of the manufacturer alliance and the core of the third party, and the comparative study on the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages and the application of the three models; based on this, the establishment of the model is established. The objective planning model of the three kinds of reverse logistics network layout of the abandoned cars is made. Finally, taking Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper studies the status of the scrapped automobile in Shaanxi Province, chooses the reverse logistics mode suitable for the core of the third party in Shaanxi Province, and establishes a network distribution model based on this model, and finally draws the conclusion that it should be in Xi'an and Baoji. Establish warehousing and testing points with Yulin and set up dismantling processing points in Xi'an, Xianyang and Yanan.
