基于绿色供应链管理的供应商选择研究

【摘要】：随着世界经济一体化的发展,市场竞争由单一企业之间的竞争上升为不同供应链之间的竞争。加之自然资源的日渐稀缺、生态环境不断恶化,企业的生存发展和自然环境间的生态平衡关系越来越受重视。这就使得全方位调控企业的经济、环境以及社会效益的均衡发展,开始成为现代企业管理中较为重要的组成部分。供应商通常处于绿色供应链的起点,从源头开始保护生态环境和节约生产成本的经营模式可通过供应链途径良性循环,从而在贯彻绿色供应链的管理模式中发挥至关重要的作用。文章以基于绿色供应链的供应商选择问题为研究对象,论述了绿色供应链管理理论。针对传统的供应商选择评价标准中所存在的短板,贯彻绿色供应链管理模式的核心问题,依据绿色度、产品满意度、发展与创新力、服务能力四大评判因素,制定了一个科学、客观的基于绿色供应链管理的供应商评价标准。该评价标准是在采用了传统的供应链管理中供应商评价指标的框架上,纳入了多个评价企业环保能力的子指标。最后,综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合法,全方位、多角度综合评价和选择绿色供应链管理模式中的核心供应商,为所有注重环保、走可持续发展道路的优秀企业,提供科学的理论依据和模型,以实现企业高速发展及环境保护共赢。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economic integration, market competition has changed from single enterprise competition to different supply chain competition. With the scarcity of natural resources and the deterioration of ecological environment, more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between the survival and development of enterprises and the ecological balance between the natural environment. This makes the balanced development of the economy, environment and social benefits of the omni-directional regulation and control enterprises, beginning to become a more important part of the modern enterprise management. Suppliers are usually at the starting point of the green supply chain. The business model of protecting the ecological environment and saving production costs from the source can be used in a virtuous cycle through the supply chain. In order to carry out the green supply chain management model play a vital role. In this paper, the supplier selection based on green supply chain is studied, and the theory of green supply chain management is discussed. In view of the shortcomings of traditional supplier selection and evaluation criteria and the core problems of green supply chain management model, according to the four critical factors of green degree, product satisfaction, development and innovation ability and service ability, a scientific method is established, which is based on the following four critical factors: green degree, product satisfaction, development and innovation ability, service ability, etc. Objective supplier evaluation criteria based on green supply chain management. The evaluation standard is based on the traditional supplier evaluation index in supply chain management and includes several sub-indicators to evaluate the environmental protection ability of enterprises. Finally, comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthesis method, comprehensive evaluation and multi-angle comprehensive evaluation and selection of green supply chain management model of the core suppliers, for all the attention to environmental protection, take the path of sustainable development of excellent enterprises, To provide scientific theoretical basis and model to achieve high-speed development of enterprises and environmental protection win-win.
