基于动态混合多属性群决策的供应商选择研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济与科技的高速发展,企业的市场环境正面临着巨大考验,企业间的竞争越演越烈。企业要想在竞争如此剧烈的市场保持持续发展态势,就必须更快更好地满足用户的个性化以及不确定需求、缩短产品的寿命周期、加快订单的反应速度。然而,企业仅仅凭借自己的力量是无法达成这些目标的,而必须从长期稳定的合作出发,加强企业与战略性供应商的联系,以增强自身的核心竞争力,供应链便是随之产生的。如今市场竞争的主线已经日渐从企业间的竞争转移到供应链间的竞争,而供应商作为供应链中重要的组成部分,成为提升市场竞争的关键,所以如何合理科学地选择供应商变得至关重要。 本文首先介绍了论文的选题背景及意义,分别对国内和国外关于供应商选择问题的研究现状进行了综述,,主要从供应链的内涵、供应商选择的相关概念、战略伙伴关系建立的重要意义等方面阐述了供应商选择的相关理论基础;其次,在已有供应商选择的相关研究成果基础上,结合新的供应链环境对供应商选择产生影响的要素,并依据供应商评价指标选取原则,构建了包含产品竞争优势、企业竞争优势和合作竞争优势三大方面的供应商选择评价指标体系;接着,对现有供应商选择的各种常用方法进行系统而概括性的介绍,说明了各自的优缺点。 虽然关于供应商选择问题的研究方法已有很多,但是以往的研究往往只是从某个方面对其进行探讨,缺乏系统性的研究视角,从而造成决策的不合理性。针对以上问题,本文全面考虑供应商选择问题中的影响因素,提出了一种基于混合数据信息形式下,将多属性决策、群决策与动态评价综合对供应商选择问题进行分析的研究方法,构建了一种新的基于动态混合多属性群决策的供应商选择模型。最后,本文通过一个实例,对运用该模型进行供应商选择的应用过程和具体实施步骤作了较详细的介绍,并对结果进行了简要的分析,验证了该模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, the market environment of enterprises is facing a great test. If an enterprise wants to maintain a sustained development trend in such a fiercely competitive market, it must satisfy the individuation and uncertain demand of users faster and better, shorten the life cycle of products, and speed up the reaction speed of orders. However, enterprises can not achieve these goals only with their own strength, but must start from long-term stable cooperation, strengthen the relationship between enterprises and strategic suppliers, in order to enhance their core competitiveness, supply chain is produced. Nowadays, the main line of market competition has gradually shifted from the competition among enterprises to the competition among supply chains. As an important part of the supply chain, suppliers have become the key to promote market competition. So how to choose suppliers reasonably and scientifically becomes very important. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of this thesis, and summarizes the research status of supplier selection both at home and abroad, mainly from the connotation of supply chain and the related concepts of supplier selection. The important significance of establishing strategic partnership and other aspects elaborated the relevant theoretical basis of supplier selection. Secondly, on the basis of the existing research results of supplier selection, combined with the new supply chain environment to influence the supplier selection elements, According to the selection principle of supplier evaluation index, this paper constructs a supplier selection evaluation index system which includes three aspects: product competitive advantage, enterprise competitive advantage and cooperative competitive advantage. This paper gives a systematic and general introduction to the common methods selected by the existing suppliers, and explains their advantages and disadvantages. Although there are a lot of research methods about supplier selection, the previous research only discusses the supplier selection from one aspect, and lacks a systematic research perspective, which leads to the irrationality of decision making. In view of the above problems, this paper considers the influence factors of supplier selection problem, and proposes a multi-attribute decision making method based on mixed data information. In this paper, a new supplier selection model based on dynamic mixed multi-attribute group decision making is constructed by synthetically analyzing the supplier selection problem with group decision and dynamic evaluation. Finally, through an example, this paper introduces in detail the application process and concrete implementation steps of supplier selection using the model, and analyzes the results briefly, and verifies the feasibility of the model.
