宜家家居的全球可持续发展战略研究

【摘要】：从早期的企业高层管理者的战略规划到现代企业的相对成熟的战略管理体系,跨国企业的战略管理在企业的整个管理体系中的地位与日俱增。20世纪90年代以来,随着动态战略管理理论的发展壮大,跨国企业迫切认识到,为了企业的健康发展,必须获得可持续的管理优势。本文以宜家家居全球可持续战略管理体系为研究背景,从柔性供应链管理视角,结合宜家家居的可持续战略管理关键绩效指标,系统论述了宜家家居可持续战略管理的运行机制并分析其存在的问题。指出,可持续战略管理要顺应动态的环境发展,改变战略管理观念,以柔性的可持续战略管理促进企业可持续的竞争优势。
[Abstract]:From the early strategic planning of senior managers to the relatively mature strategic management system of modern enterprises, the status of strategic management of multinational enterprises in the whole management system of enterprises is increasing day by day. With the development of dynamic strategic management theory, multinational enterprises urgently realize that for the healthy development of enterprises, sustainable management advantages must be obtained. Based on the research background of IKEA's global sustainable strategic management system, this paper combines the key performance indicators of IKEA's sustainable strategic management from the perspective of flexible supply chain management. This paper systematically discusses the operation mechanism of Ikea sustainable strategic management and analyzes its existing problems. It is pointed out that sustainable strategic management should adapt to the dynamic development of the environment, change the concept of strategic management, and promote the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises with flexible sustainable strategic management.
