高职产教融合实训平台建设研究——以常州机电职业技术学院供应链一体化平台为例

【摘要】：围绕江苏省产教融合实训平台建设的相关文件,从高等职业教育的本质出发,以校行企合作为主线,以人才培养质量和社会服务能力提升为主要目标,常州机电职业技术学院与中国商业企业管理协会、中国对外贸易经济合作企业协会、深圳怡亚通供应链股份有限公司达成合作意向,以服务类专业建设为主线,辐射制造类和艺术类相关专业,共建供应链一体化实训平台。从机制建设、设施设备建设、实训资源建设、师资队伍建设以及服务能力建设等方面探讨了供应链一体化平台建设的主要内容,并分析了供应链一体化平台建设的主要成效。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the related documents of Jiangsu Province, starting from the essence of higher vocational education, taking the cooperation between schools, banks and enterprises as the main line, the main goal is to improve the quality of talent training and the ability of social service. Changzhou Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College has reached a cooperative intention with the China Commercial Enterprise Management Association, the China Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Enterprise Association, and Shenzhen Yitong supply chain Co., Ltd., with the main line of service professional construction as its main line. Radiation manufacturing and art related specialties, build an integrated supply chain training platform. This paper discusses the main contents of the construction of the supply chain integration platform from the aspects of mechanism construction, facility equipment construction, practical training resource construction, teachers' team construction and service capacity construction, and analyzes the main results of the supply chain integration platform construction.
