建筑供应链网络成本敏感性影响因素研究

【摘要】:为找出建筑供应链网络成本的敏感性影响因素,利用系统动力学对设计成本、承包方承建工程成本、建筑材料和设备物流成本以及分包方承建工程成本的因果关系进行了分析。以大型建设项目为例,构建了建筑供应链网络成本的SD模型。用Vensim软件进行仿真模拟,分析成本变化情况确定敏感性影响因素,依次为:单位订购成本、信息平台的搭建、承包方企业专业能力、设计企业专业能力、运输次数和沟通频率。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the sensitive factors of the network cost of the construction supply chain, the causality of the design cost, the contractor's construction cost, the logistics cost of construction materials and equipment and the subcontractor's construction cost are analyzed by system dynamics. Taking large construction project as an example, the SD model of cost of construction supply chain network is constructed. The Vensim software is used to simulate and analyze the cost change to determine the sensitive influencing factors. The order is: unit order cost, information platform construction, contractor enterprise professional ability, design enterprise professional ability, transportation times and communication frequency.
