供应链契约下的讨价还价机制研究

【摘要】:随着经济的飞速发展,在经济全球化的大环境下,供应链间的竞争日益激烈,而供应链的利润分配会引发其内部的竞争。由此导致的谈判破裂使双方蒙受巨大的损失,甚至影响到整条供应链的运作。在供应链协调机制中,契约作为一种激励手段可以在不损害某个成员利益的前提下,优化整条供应链,即帕累托改进。虽然供应链契约的研究已经比较成熟,但是关于讨价还价机制的研究起步相对较晚。将供应链契约和讨价还价机制相结合的文献还很少,因此,本文将供应链契约应用于讨价还价博弈中,可以解决供应链成员的谈判机制喜好和成员间的利润分配问题,从而使供应链在竞争中处于优势。本文针对可替代性不同的产品,基于三种讨价还价机制,研究了不同的传统供应链契约对其产生的影响。首先,本文提出了基于一个供应商和两个零售商的基础模型,然后对同时谈判、序贯谈判和价格匹配这三种谈判方式进行分析比较,发现单纯依靠谈判无法协调供应链。为了使供应链达到帕累托最优,本文将保险契约、收益共享契约和销售回购契约应用到讨价还价问题的求解过程中,最后,对不同的契约与谈判机制的组合对于供应链绩效的影响进行分析比较,发现将在谈判过程中应用供应链契约可以有效的提高供应链的绩效,说明本文的研究具有一定的现实意义和应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the competition between supply chains is becoming more and more fierce under the environment of economic globalization, and the profit distribution of supply chain will lead to internal competition. The resulting breakdown of the negotiations caused huge losses to both parties and even affected the operation of the entire supply chain. In the supply chain coordination mechanism, the contract, as an incentive method, can optimize the whole supply chain without harming the interests of a member, that is, Pareto improvement. Although the research of supply chain contract is mature, the research on bargaining mechanism is relatively late. There are few literatures on the combination of supply chain contract and bargaining mechanism. Therefore, this paper applies supply chain contract to bargaining game, which can solve the problem of negotiation mechanism preference and profit distribution among supply chain members. So that the supply chain in the competition in the advantage. Based on three bargaining mechanisms, the influence of different traditional supply chain contracts on alternative products is studied in this paper. Firstly, this paper proposes a basic model based on one supplier and two retailers, and then analyzes and compares the three negotiation modes: simultaneous negotiation, sequential negotiation and price matching. It is found that negotiation alone can not coordinate the supply chain. In order to achieve Pareto optimal supply chain, this paper applies insurance contract, income sharing contract and sales repurchase contract to the solution of the bargaining problem. By analyzing and comparing the effects of different contract and negotiation mechanism on supply chain performance, it is found that supply chain contract can effectively improve the performance of supply chain in the negotiation process. It shows that the research in this paper has certain practical significance and application value.
