企业实施可持续供应链管理影响因素研究

【摘要】：从政府、企业以及消费者3个维度,系统分析了可持续供应链管理的影响因素,并应用DEMATEL方法定量分析了因素间的相互作用,根据量化结果进行因果分类和重要性分析,指出管理者的支持与承诺、政策与机制、员工参与度、宣传教育等因素是影响企业实施可持续供应链管理的关键因素。因此,应加强政府引导、健全政策机制、强化宣传推广并鼓励企业管理者支持与承诺,以此推动我国企业实施可持续供应链管理。
[Abstract]:From the three dimensions of government, enterprise and consumer, this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of sustainable supply chain management, and applies DEMATEL method to quantitatively analyze the interaction between factors, and makes causal classification and importance analysis according to the quantitative results. It is pointed out that the support and commitment of managers, policies and mechanisms, employee participation, publicity and education are the key factors affecting the implementation of sustainable supply chain management in enterprises. Therefore, we should strengthen the guidance of the government, perfect the policy mechanism, strengthen the propaganda and promotion and encourage the support and commitment of enterprise managers, so as to promote the implementation of sustainable supply chain management in Chinese enterprises.
