【摘要】：研究前提方面。JTK公司为某大型特种机械设备生产企业,其供应链管理面临诸多复杂情况。文章通过多种渠道挖掘目前JTK公司供应链管理中存在的各种供应链管理低效率、高库存周转、生产周期长、供应链管理对宏观调控反应激烈等问题,在此基础上加以研究和分析,就解决策略和应对举措提出建设性意见和建议。研究思路方面。本研究基于JTK公司供应链管理实际,本着以解决实际问题的目的,以JTK公司供应链管理现状为出发点、以国内供应链管理特别是JTK公司所处行业供应链管理问题研究最新成果为问题解决基础,沿着调研总结、问题提出、问题分析、策略分析和解决实际问题措施这样一套路径开展研究和应对策略制定工作。研究流程方面。在学术文献研究流程中,本研究对供应链管理相关文献特别是JTK公司所处行业的供应链管理类型相似的企业,展开细致分析。在调查分析流程中,本研究以企业运营实际为对象,通过网络调研、实地走访、数据收集为主要手段,通过JTK公司相关网络文献、宣传资料、JTK公司各部门负责领导、JTK公司各供应链的负责员工、普通工作员工访谈及问卷交流等多种形式,深入实际了解当前该公司在采购、仓储、库存、生产、销售、财务等多个部门供应链管理安排现状、存在问题、制度约束,切实了解JTK公司供应链管理不同环节、不同职位人员对供应链流程效率、供应链环节衔接、企业自身与上下游合作伙伴的供应链及其战略合作关系等方面的看法。为使JTK公司供应链问题在有针对性的最优解决方案下得到解决,文章结合学术成果、调研分析及访谈内容,构建出JTK公司供应链管理研究模型,并对该模型加以分析总结,归纳出目前JTK公司供应链管理主要存在环节衔接、环节效率优化和环节监督等一系列问题。研究方法及结论方面。通过文献探讨、调研分析、策略分析、应对举措等系列卓有成效的研究流程,本研究运用合理的供应链管理理论,开展研究思路定位、供应链管理模型构建和分析,来得出分析结论。文章最后,具有针对性的提出在供应链管理绩效提升、供应链管理各环节衔接、供应链管理监管具体措施等方面,提出优化方案,作为供应链管理提升解决建议,并制定出优化JTK公司供应链管理的具体措施,以实现优化JTK公司供应链管理目标。另,经过研究分析本文认为,细化和提升供应链管理策略水平,提高衔接环节契合度,在普遍意义上,具有良好的供应链效率提升成效。类似JTK公司,属于特种大型非标件机械设备生产商,其项产品生产订单,所需用的产品对供应链管理而言具有上量、非标准件、非可准确预见供货周期件,这给供应链管理带来不小压力。以模型分析的方式对其独特的供应链管理特征,展开分析,有助于从普遍意义上为该类型厂商在供应链管理效率改进上,做出重要贡献。本文学术效果预期：调研、分析方法成效方面。本文在研究中,采用的分析方法和形成的模型、模块分析方式,将有助于类似JTK公司这种特种工程及机械设备生厂商在采购、生产、营销等各个供应链环节中实现优质管理效率,促进其各供应链环节的有机衔接。本文研究可能产生的研究推广成果：整个课题研究预期将在企业对供应链管理模块的应用方面,产生良好的绩效优化效果。从本文研究的思路、方法和方向来看,供应链管理优化研究帮助JTK公司梳理了目前供应链管理存在问题,构建出应对策略分析模型,形成模型分析的基础；对策建议方面来看,本课题提出目前JTK公司供应链的管理,应采取细分应对策略和价格审计策略,并提出解决相关问题的具体举措方案,形成具体实施方案,形成有助于JTK公司供应链管理改进提升的具体措施。
