考虑原材料替代的低碳供应链网络优化

【摘要】：为更好地对由原材料供应商、制造商和配送中心组成的供应链网络进行优化,结合不同原材料的价格、碳排放差异以及供应商的地理位置差异,综合考虑由原材料的价格和碳排放差异所引起的产品替代,以提高供应链网络的经济绩效和环境绩效为目标,建立一个双目标混合整数非线性规划模型.通过对算例的求解分析,分别探讨替代原材料的供应商个数、原材料替代率和目标函数的权重对供应链网络绩效的影响.结果表明,原材料替代率提高以及替代原材料的供应商个数的增加有助于提高供应链网络绩效.
[Abstract]:To better optimize the supply chain network of raw material suppliers, manufacturers and distribution centers, taking into account the price of different raw materials, differences in carbon emissions and geographical location of suppliers, Considering the product substitution caused by the difference of raw material price and carbon emission, a mixed integer nonlinear programming model with two objectives is established to improve the economic performance and environmental performance of supply chain network. By solving and analyzing the examples, the effects of the number of suppliers, the substitution rate of raw materials and the weight of objective function on the performance of supply chain network are discussed. The results show that the increase of the substitution rate of raw materials and the number of suppliers can improve the performance of supply chain network.
