伟尔太仓供应链本地化发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化的发展,供应链管理已经成为继资源合理利用和劳动效率提高之后的第三利润源泉。企业之间的竞争也逐渐演化为供应链之间的竞争。作为跨国集团如何实现成本最低化,供应链本地化的重要性越来越明显。跨国集团在实施本地化采购策略时,如何在供应链管理上形成一整套先进的管理方法和经验,这将是其所面临的问题和挑战。 为了对伟尔奇好泵业(太仓)有限公司的供应链本地化战略进行科学全面的优化研究,本文在回顾大量文献和资料的基础上,从企业实际情况入手,通过对伟尔太仓内外部环境的分析,简要讨论了供应链本地化战略产生的背景以及其发展趋势,着重阐述了对不同类型供应商管理策略的选择与应用。 首先,从伟尔太仓供应链现状来分析实施本地化战略的必要性和可能性。其次,以伟尔太仓供应链流程体系的建设为实例分析如何有效控制因供应链本地化而引发的风险。第三,从伟尔太仓的实际出发,分析跨国公司对供应商的选择、评估和管理策略。顺应绿色环保意识的深入人心,谈到绿色供应链管理与可持续发展相结合将更能适合企业发展的需要。最后,就本地化战略实施过程中所遇到的问题,给出了解决方案。 本文以伟尔太仓供应链本地化战略研究为主线,分析其现状,探究其与现代供应链理论的契合点,反思其提高的方法和手段。最后通过分析归纳出共性的结论,总结出可供借鉴的经验和启示。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, supply chain management has become the third profit source after the rational utilization of resources and the improvement of labor efficiency. Competition between enterprises also gradually evolved into the competition between supply chains. As a multinational group how to achieve cost minimization, the importance of supply chain localization is becoming more and more obvious. How to form a set of advanced management methods and experiences in supply chain management is the problem and challenge that multinational group faces when implementing local purchasing strategy. In order to optimize the supply chain localization strategy of Weierqihao pump (Taicang) Co., Ltd., this paper reviews a large number of documents and materials, starting with the actual situation of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Weiertaicang, the background and development trend of supply chain localization strategy are briefly discussed, and the selection and application of different supplier management strategies are emphasized. Firstly, the necessity and possibility of localization strategy are analyzed from the current situation of Weiertaicang supply chain. Secondly, taking the construction of supply chain process system of Weiertai warehouse as an example, this paper analyzes how to effectively control the risks caused by supply chain localization. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the supplier selection, evaluation and management strategies of MNCs from the point of view of Weiertaicang. The green supply chain management and sustainable development will be more suitable for the development of enterprises. Finally, the solutions to the problems encountered in the implementation of localization strategy are given. This paper takes the localization strategy research of Weiertaicang supply chain as the main line, analyzes its present situation, probes into its confluence with the modern supply chain theory, and reflects on the methods and means of its improvement. Finally, the conclusion of generality is summed up, and the experience and inspiration for reference are summarized.
