东港物流公司进口汽车供应链融资方案研究与设计

【摘要】：随着社会经济的快速发展和居民收入的稳步提高，我国进口汽车贸易量和需求量持续增长。由于进口汽车自身价值较高、资金占用明显，广大汽车进口经销企业规避资金占压、加快资金周转的融资需求十分强烈。但它们往往是经营规模较小、资金相对不充足的中小企业，在传统融资模式下，银行为其融资设置了较高的门槛和复杂的手续以控制风险。因此，中小规模的汽车贸易商和经销商普遍面临着难以获得银行信贷支持的融资难问题。另一方面，随着物流行业的竞争加剧，仓储、运输等基础性物流业务的平均利润率持续下降，，这就迫使物流企业必须拓展更多的增值服务来增加利润来源，笔者所在的东港物流公司，也必须顺应现代物流行业的发展潮流，在供应链管理的新视角下谋划公司的转型升级和长远发展。本文所研究的进口汽车供应链融资方案是对东港物流公司新业务发展方向的探索，这种融资模式的基本思路是以东港物流公司为核心企业，对进口汽车供应链的信息流、物流、资金流进行协调和整合，并以自身信用为担保，与该供应链上的参与企业合作，共同向金融机构提出基于供应链整合管理的融资框架模式和解决方案，建立起“1＋N”的链式融资模式。在笔者的设想下，依托供应链融资模式，与东港物流公司有着长期稳定业务往来及合作关系的进口汽车贸易商或经销商，可以借助东港物流公司的担保弥补其自身短板，以较低的成本获得量身定制式的融资支持。在此过程中，东港物流公司也能强化和发展其与客户的合作关系、拓展营收来源。由于供应链融资业务在我国兴起不久，其在流程设计和实际操作方面尚无定式。因此，本文从供应链融资的内涵、模式出发，运用层次分析、比较分析、推理论证等方法，对供应链融资与汽车进口行业及物流行业的适用性进行了认真研究，并尝试着结合笔者所在的东港物流公司的业务实际，制定出切实可行、富有操作性的进口汽车供应链融资方案，以期能为公司开展进口汽车供应链融资业务提供理论和具体方案上的参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the steady improvement of residents' income, the volume and demand of imported automobile trade in China are increasing continuously. Because of the high value of the imported automobile and the obvious capital occupation, the large number of automobile import and distribution enterprises avoid the pressure of the capital, and the financing demand for speeding up the capital turnover is very strong. But they tend to be small and small enterprises with relatively insufficient funds. Under the traditional financing mode, banks have set up a higher threshold and complex procedures to control risks. Therefore, small and medium-scale auto traders and dealers generally face the problem of financing which is difficult to obtain bank credit support. On the other hand, as the competition in the logistics industry intensifies, the average profit margin of basic logistics services such as warehousing and transportation continues to decline, which forces logistics enterprises to expand more value-added services to increase profit sources. Donggang Logistics Company, where the author is located, must conform to the development trend of modern logistics industry and plan the transformation, upgrading and long-term development of the company under the new perspective of supply chain management. The financing scheme of import automobile supply chain studied in this paper is to explore the new business development direction of Donggang logistics company. The basic idea of this financing mode is to take Donggang logistics company as the core enterprise, to import automobile supply chain information flow, logistics, The capital flow is coordinated and integrated, and the financing framework and solution based on the integrated management of the supply chain are proposed to the financial institutions in cooperation with the participating enterprises in the supply chain under the guarantee of their own credit. Establish the chain financing model of "1 + N". Under the assumption of the author, relying on the supply chain financing mode, import automobile traders or dealers who have long-term stable business contacts and cooperative relations with Donggang Logistics Company can make up for their own shortcomings with the guarantee of Donggang Logistics Company. At lower cost to obtain customized financing support. In the process, Donggang Logistics Company can also strengthen and develop its cooperation with customers and expand revenue sources. Supply chain financing business has not been established in process design and practical operation due to the rising of supply chain financing business in China. Therefore, based on the connotation and mode of supply chain financing, this paper studies the applicability of supply chain financing to automobile import industry and logistics industry by means of hierarchical analysis, comparative analysis, reasoning and argumentation. And try to combine the business practice of Donggang Logistics Company of the author, and work out a feasible and operable financing scheme of import automobile supply chain. In order to provide theoretical and specific reference for the company to carry out the financing business of imported automobile supply chain.
