面向第三方物流集配中心信息系统研究与设计

【摘要】：在以集配中心为协同运作模式的供应链协同中，面向第三方物流的集配中心是较为常见和普遍的形式。对于生产制造商、原材料供应商与第三方物流实现协同运作，面向第三方物流的集配中心信息系统是企业的重要竞争优势。通过面向第三方物流集配中心信息系统，生产制造商、原材料供应商与第三方物流企业可实现物流和商务协同，降低企业运营成本、提高客户服务水平与响应速度，促进供应链中成员企业协同运作，具有较好的实际应用指导意义。论文第一章为绪论，阐述了本课题的研究背景、意义、研究现状和主要研究内容。第二章技术理论基础和技术路线，分别阐述了供应链协同、第三方物流集配中心、构建信息系统的相关技术三个主要问题，以及构建信息系统三种主要技术——B/S与C/S架构、J2EE技术、SQL Server2008技术。第三章对面向第三方物流集配中心信息系统进行需求分析，对生产制造商、原材料供应商与第三方物流企业组成的物流协同服务模型业务流程进行分析，对采购、仓储、运输、结算等核心业务流程分析得到对应的数据模型和性能需求。第四章根据系统需求分析，，对系统进行设计与实现。本文从第三方物流与集配中心以及面向第三方物流集配中心信息系统出发，研究了构建第三方物流集配中心信息系统的相关技术，分析了面向第三方物流集配中心的需求，根据系统需求对主要功能模块进行了设计与实现。
[Abstract]:In the supply chain collaboration based on the set distribution center, the set center for the third party logistics is a common and universal form. For manufacturing manufacturers, raw material suppliers and third party logistics (TPL) realize cooperative operation, and the information system of distribution center for TPL is an important competitive advantage of enterprises. Through the information system for the third party logistics assembly center, the production manufacturer, the raw material supplier and the third party logistics enterprise can realize the logistics and business cooperation, reduce the operation cost of the enterprise, improve the level of customer service and the response speed. It is of great practical significance to promote the cooperative operation of member enterprises in supply chain. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background, significance, research status and main research content. In the second chapter, the technical theory foundation and technical route are discussed, including supply chain cooperation, third party logistics distribution center, information system construction technology. And three main technologies of building information system, B / S and C / S architecture, J2EE technology and SQL Server2008 technology. The third chapter analyzes the requirements of the information system for the third-party logistics distribution center, analyzes the business process of logistics collaborative service model composed of manufacturers, raw materials suppliers and third-party logistics enterprises, and analyzes the procurement, warehousing and transportation. The data model and performance requirements are obtained from the analysis of core business processes such as settlement. The fourth chapter designs and implements the system according to the system requirement analysis. Based on the information system of third-party logistics and distribution center and the information system of third-party logistics distribution center, this paper studies the related technology of constructing third-party logistics distribution center information system, and analyzes the requirements of third-party logistics distribution center. The main function modules are designed and implemented according to the system requirements.
