基于禁忌搜索算法的电煤多式联运成本优化研究

【摘要】:在我国电源结构中,火力发电占据了绝对的优势地位,为保障我国经济高速稳定、健康可持续发展提供了充足的动力。我国煤炭的产区和主要火力发电厂的分布存在巨大的地理差异,因此,长距离的电煤运输对电力企业的发展起着重要的作用。本文从电煤多式联运成本优化的角度出发,研究了电煤多式联运路径的优化和多式联运枢纽装卸流程的优化,从而降低电煤多式联运成本、提高效率。 本文首先介绍了一般货物多式联运成本优化问题的相关理论研究成果,阐述了多式联运成本优化问题研究的来龙去脉,然后,结合电煤运输的特点,分析了电煤多式联运发展的现状和存在的问题,并指出了研究电煤多式联运成本优化问题的必要性。电煤多式联运路径优化和多式联运枢纽装卸流程优化是电煤多式联运成本优化的基础,本文在分析了电煤多式联运路径优化和装卸流程优化的成本构成的基础上,构建了电煤多式联运路径优化模型和电煤多式联运枢纽装卸流程优化模型,并引入禁忌搜索算法来求解模型。最后,通过解决HD发电集团KM发电厂的实际算例来验证本文构建的两个模型;算例分析结果表明,电煤多式联运路径优化模型和电煤多式联运枢纽装卸流程优化模型可以降低发电集团电煤多式联运的成本。
[Abstract]:In the power supply structure of our country, the thermal power generation occupies the absolute superiority position, has provided the sufficient power for the guarantee our country economy high speed stability, the health sustainable development. There are great geographical differences between the coal producing areas and the distribution of main thermal power plants in China. Therefore, long-distance coal transportation plays an important role in the development of electric power enterprises. From the point of view of optimizing the cost of multimodal transport of electric coal, this paper studies the optimization of the path of multimodal transport of thermal coal and the optimization of loading and unloading process of multimodal transport hub, so as to reduce the cost of multimodal transport of electric coal and improve the efficiency. This paper first introduces the related theoretical research results of the general multimodal freight intermodal transport cost optimization problem, expounds the background of the multimodal transport cost optimization problem, and then, combined with the characteristics of thermal coal transportation, This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the development of multimodal transport of thermal coal, and points out the necessity of studying the optimization of cost of multimodal transport of power coal. The optimization of the route of multimodal transport and the optimization of loading and unloading flow of multimodal transport hub are the basis of the cost optimization of multimodal transport of thermal coal. This paper analyzes the cost composition of route optimization and process optimization of multimodal transport of power coal. The optimization model of the route of multimodal transportation of electric coal and the optimization model of loading and unloading flow of power coal multimodal transport hub are constructed, and the Tabu search algorithm is introduced to solve the model. Finally, the two models constructed in this paper are verified by solving the practical examples of km power plant in HD power generation group, and the results show that, The optimization model of power coal multimodal transport path and the power coal multimodal transportation hub loading and unloading process optimization model can reduce the cost of power generation group.
