基于BSC的供应链绩效评价因子分析

【摘要】：借助若干可量化和可操作的指标进行了实例分析与验证,将复杂的供应链系统分解成若干子系统,建立了包括顾客满意度评价、供应链财务评价和供应链绿色度评价等子系统,运用因子分析法对其进行分析并得出结论,对实施供应链绩效控制有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the help of some quantifiable and operable indicators, the complex supply chain system is decomposed into several subsystems, and the sub-systems including customer satisfaction evaluation, supply chain financial evaluation and supply chain green degree evaluation are established, and the results are analyzed by factor analysis method and the performance of supply chain performance is implemented. The effect control has some guidance and reference significance.
