两级供销系统需求连续的变质性物品库存策略优化

【摘要】：在研究已有文献的基础上,以两级库存为例,讨论了在有限时域内一个供应商多个分销商的两级库存供销系统的优化问题。对于分销商而言,最优策略是在有限时域内,需求是时间的连续函数、允许缺货且缺货完全回补、变质率为常数、补货率无穷大情况下的费用最小化;而对于供应商则是寻找有限时域内,在不允许缺货情况下需求为离散的变质性物品的最优库存补充策略。两级库存供销系统的变质性物品多周期动态库存控制优化模型讨论了整个供销系统在多周期内动态库存模型的最小总费用,并提出了求解该问题的两步算法,这即是研究需求连续的变质性物品多周期动态库存控制优化模型。本文通过数值算例说明该方法的实现过程。三级库存至多级库存的问题可类似地讨论。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing literatures, the optimization problem of two-stage inventory supply and marketing system with multiple distributors of a supplier in a limited time domain is discussed. For the distributor, the optimal strategy is that in the finite time domain, the demand is a continuous function of time, and the shortage is allowed to be fully compensated, the deterioration rate is constant, and the cost is minimized when the replenishment rate is infinite. For the supplier, the optimal inventory replenishment strategy is to find out the optimal inventory replenishment strategy of the deteriorating goods with discrete demand in the limited time domain and no shortage. The optimization model of multi-period dynamic inventory control for deteriorating items in two-stage inventory supply and marketing system is presented. The minimum total cost of the dynamic inventory model of the entire supply and marketing system is discussed, and a two-step algorithm for solving the problem is proposed. This is the optimization model of multi-period dynamic inventory control for deteriorating items with continuous demand. A numerical example is given to illustrate the implementation of the method. The problem of three-level inventory to multi-level inventory can be discussed similarly.
