润滑油基础油供应链的管理及优化方法研究

【摘要】:供应链管理是一种随着全球市场化竞争的不断发展而产生的新型企业管理思想。它可以有效地整合供应链中的资源,协调供应链中各企业的决策,建立供应链的合作伙伴关系,以此提高供应链的各项指标,提升供应链的整体竞争力。但由于供应链建模以及供应链管理方法的多样性,不同供应链所适用的供应链管理方法也是不尽相同的。针对具体行业背景下的供应链建模管理是现今供应链研究的典型模式。 供应链管理在我国各行中均有所研究,但对于石油行业的量化研究并不多,尤其是针对产业结构严重不合理、亟需产业升级的国内润滑油基础油供应链,几乎没有相关的研究,而与之密切联系的润滑油产业的发展却直接关系到我国石油行业甚至整个工业的发展。针对这个问题,本文以润滑油基础油产业为背景,对基础油供应链进行建模以及优化。具体研究工作如下: (1)利用数学建模方法建立了基础油供应链的模型,确定了以各供应链成员利润为目标函数的供应链优化问题。采用分布式决策方案对模型进行求解,同时加入收益共享契约及联盟契约优化了供应链模型的决策。比较分析了两种契约对于供应链优化问题目标函数的影响情况,并据此结合PSO算法验证了“供应链整体利润在实际操作情况下可以达到集中决策方案最优值”的假设。 (2)针对集中决策方案的操作性,考虑集中式供应链下的利润分配问题,提出了基于成员利润贡献度的Shapley值方法。针对基础油供应链利润分配影响因素的多样性,提出了基于AHP方法和GEM方法的多影响因素共同作用的供应链优化方法。考虑到供应链成员决策的主观性,结合前面几种方法,提出了以成员分配满意度为基础、多影响因素共同作用的供应链优化方法。 (3)通过对分布式决策方案的数值仿真,分析了两种契约对于供应链成员利润影响的根本原因以及各模型参数的变化对成员利润的影响。通过对集中决策方案的数值仿真,比较了各方案中成员满意度以及对多影响因素的反应情况,验证了各方案的优劣。
[Abstract]:Supply chain management (SCM) is a new enterprise management thought which comes into being with the development of global market competition. It can effectively integrate the resources in the supply chain, coordinate the decisions of the enterprises in the supply chain, and establish the partnership of the supply chain, so as to improve the index of the supply chain and enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. However, due to the diversity of supply chain modeling and supply chain management methods, different supply chain management methods are different. Supply chain modeling and management under specific industry background is a typical mode of supply chain research. Supply chain management has been studied in every line of our country, but there are few quantitative studies on oil industry. In particular, for the domestic lube base oil supply chain, which has a serious and unreasonable industrial structure and is in urgent need of industrial upgrading, there is hardly any relevant research. The development of lube oil industry, which is closely related to it, is directly related to the development of our petroleum industry and even the whole industry. In order to solve this problem, this paper models and optimizes the base oil supply chain based on the lube base oil industry. The specific research work is as follows: 1) the model of base oil supply chain is established by using mathematical modeling method, and the optimization problem of supply chain based on the profit of each supply chain member is determined. The model is solved by distributed decision scheme, and the decision of supply chain model is optimized by adding revenue sharing contract and alliance contract. The influence of two kinds of contracts on the objective function of supply chain optimization problem is compared and analyzed. Based on the PSO algorithm, the hypothesis that "the overall profit of supply chain can reach the optimal value of centralized decision scheme in practical operation" is verified. In view of the maneuverability of centralized decision scheme, the profit distribution problem under centralized supply chain is considered. A Shapley value method based on member profit contribution is proposed. In view of the diversity of factors affecting profit distribution of base oil supply chain, a supply chain optimization method based on AHP and gem is proposed. Considering the subjectivity of decision making of supply chain members, combined with the previous several methods, this paper proposes a supply chain optimization method based on the satisfaction degree of member distribution and the interaction of many factors. The fundamental causes of the influence of the two kinds of contracts on the profit of supply chain members and the influence of the parameters of each model on the profit of the members are analyzed. Through the numerical simulation of the centralized decision scheme, the satisfaction degree of the members and the response to multiple factors are compared, and the merits and demerits of each scheme are verified.
