【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展，人民口袋的可支配收入越来越多，老百姓对食品的质量要求也越来越高，“民以食为天，食以安为先”。近年来，，我国农产品质量安全令人担忧，像瘦肉精、三聚氰胺、有毒的生姜一次又一次的挑战者老百姓的神经。农产品质量安全已成为广大消费者及农业和食品行业最为关注的问题，无论是政府还是民间都在探索解决这一关系国计民生的热点问题，并已开始在许多方面付诸实践。农产品质量安全是指农产品质量符合保障人的健康、安全的要求。我国食品供应链比较长且复杂，涉及种植、养殖、屠宰、食品生产加工、流通以及最终消费管理等多个环节。并且供应链中以小作坊为主,参与者众多且分散、流动性大,标识系统不统一，推行信息化工作的难度很大。梨园养鸡以天然的没有受到污染的远离城市的梨园为养殖基地，以甘草、苜蓿、昆虫为饲料，再辅以玉米等饲料加以饲养。整个饲养过程不添加任何的激素，进行科学的管理。严格遵守国家对无公害产品的标准。每只鸡在饲养开始就套上脚环，脚环上有二维码，客户可以对二维码的扫描了解整只鸡的饲养和加工的信息。做到从田间地头到餐桌的全程监控。既能为30团梨园单位的职工增加收入也能让人民吃上放心的食品。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, the disposable income of people's pockets is more and more, and the people's demand for food quality is higher and higher. In recent years, the quality and safety of agricultural products in our country is worrying, such as lean meatloin, melamine, poisonous ginger, and the common people's nerves again and again. The quality and safety of agricultural products has become the most concerned issue for consumers and the agricultural and food industries. Both the government and the private sector are exploring and resolving this hot issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood. And it has been put into practice in many aspects. The quality and safety of agricultural products means that the quality of agricultural products meets the requirements of ensuring people's health and safety. The food supply chain in China is long and complex, involving planting, breeding, slaughtering, food production and processing, circulation and final consumption management. And the supply chain is dominated by small workshops, with numerous and dispersed participants, high mobility, inconsistent marking systems, and the difficulty of carrying out information work. Licorice, alfalfa, insects as feed, supplemented with corn and other feed to feed. The whole feeding process does not add any hormone, carries on the scientific management. Strictly abide by the state standards for pollution-free products. Each chicken is put on a foot ring at the beginning of the breeding, and the foot ring has a QR code. Customers can scan the QR code to understand the whole chicken's feeding and processing information. To achieve from the field to the table of the entire monitoring. It can not only increase income for the workers of 30 groups pear orchard, but also make people eat food at ease.
