基于系统动力学的云南鲜花产业库存控制模型研究

【摘要】:随着生活水平的提高,人们对于鲜花的需求日益增多,鲜花产业已成为我国经济的重要增长点,对于带动地区发展具有重要意义。云南省地处我国西南,具有种植鲜花得天独厚的地理优势和环境特点,经过数年的发展逐步成为我国的鲜花产量大省,产品不仅满足我国沿海发达城市的需求,并且远销海外,鲜花产业成为带动当地发展的经济支柱,然而与世界发达的鲜花产地相比,云南的鲜花产业的发展状况还有很大差距,物流则成为了制约云南鲜花发展的重要因素。在整个物流过程中,库存方面的问题尤为突出,缺乏有效库存导致鲜花腐烂损耗严重,致使供应链成本居高不下,抑制了消费需求。因此,本文从云南鲜花物流的具体过程出发,结合供应链中各节点库存控制的具体情况建立了系统动力学模型并进行仿真研究,具有重要的理论与现实意义,能够为云南省鲜花物流模式的转型提供指向。 本文首先回顾了相关领域的研究现状,并对其进行分析与评述,在此基础上做出了相关理论概述,明确了本文的研究方法与可行性,为后文的建模与仿真打下基础。接下来,文章对云南鲜花物流库存控制整体模型进行了系统分析,了解了鲜花库存控制系统的流程和特点,确定了系统、明确了前提条件并绘制因果关系图。在此基础上,选择由局部到整体的方式建立各节点库存控制的子系统,最终将其整合连接起来形成完整的云南鲜花产业库存控制系统动力学模型。最后,对已建立的系统动力学模型进行检验与仿真,并根据仿真结果提出优化建议。 文章研究结果表明,,在现有的供应链模式下,消费者需求微小的波动会被逐级扩大,导致供应链的库存发生大量波动,导致库存成本居高不下,造成高额的库存货损。针对这一问题产生的原因,本文针对性的提出了四方面优化措施建议,分别是简化物流节点整合供应链、提高物流过程的专业化水平、构建信息化与共享平台和增强合作机制。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard, people's demand for flowers is increasing day by day. Flower industry has become an important growth point of our country's economy and has great significance for promoting regional development. Yunnan Province is located in the southwest of China. It has unique geographical advantages and environmental characteristics of planting flowers. After several years of development, Yunnan Province has gradually become a big province of flower production in our country. The products not only meet the needs of developed coastal cities in China, but also are exported to overseas countries. Flower industry has become the economic pillar to promote local development. However, compared with the developed flower producing areas in the world, there is still a big gap in the development of Yunnan flower industry, and logistics has become an important factor restricting the development of Yunnan flowers. In the whole logistics process, the problem of inventory is especially prominent. The lack of effective inventory leads to the serious decay of flowers, which leads to the high cost of supply chain and inhibits the consumption demand. Therefore, based on the concrete process of Yunnan flower logistics, this paper establishes the system dynamics model and carries on the simulation research according to the concrete situation of the inventory control of each node in the supply chain, which has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper first reviews the current research situation in related fields, analyzes and comments on it, and then makes a summary of relevant theories. The research method and feasibility of this paper are clarified, which lays a foundation for modeling and simulation later. Then, the paper makes a systematic analysis on the whole model of Yunnan Flower Logistics inventory Control, understands the flow and characteristics of the Flowers inventory Control system, determines the system, defines the preconditions and draws the causality diagram. On the basis of this, the subsystem of each node inventory control is established by choosing the way from local to whole, and finally the whole dynamic model of Yunnan flower industry inventory control system is formed by integrating it together. Finally, the established system dynamics model is tested and simulated, and the optimization suggestions are put forward according to the simulation results. The research results show that the small fluctuation of consumer demand will be expanded step by step under the existing supply chain mode. Lead to a large number of fluctuations in the supply chain inventory, lead to high inventory costs, resulting in high inventory damage. In view of the causes of this problem, this paper puts forward four optimization measures, which are to simplify logistics node integration supply chain, improve the level of specialization of logistics process, build information and sharing platform and enhance cooperation mechanism.
