【摘要】：采购是保证企业正常运营的必要条件,是保证质量的重要环节,是控制成本的主要手段之一,采购可以帮助企业洞察市场的变化趋势,决定企业产品周转的速度。在当前的市场环境下,采购管理现已逐渐成为多数企业实现柔性化经营、提高竞争力的重要手段之一。本论文选择的课题是供应链管理模式下BD新能源汽车公司采购管理研究,基于公司复杂的供应链网络结构,针对其供应链具有较高的脆弱性、较强的个性化需求,较大的技术和经营风险的特性,对BD汽车公司采购管理进行研究。本论文首先总结了供应链管理、采购管理基本理论;其次,介绍了BD汽车公司的发展现状以及采购管理的发展阶段;进一步总结了BD汽车公司采购管理中的现状及问题,剖析导致采购管理问题的内外部因素;然后,针对问题提出了采购管理优化策略;最后,提出采购管理优化的实施效果分析和后续保障措施。本论文通过对BD汽车公司采购管理的现状和问题进行分析,并深入剖析导致问题的原因,进而有依据的对BD汽车公司采购流程进行再造,组织结构进行完善,信息管理系统进行搭建,采购策略进行优化,供应商管理进行改进,针对性的提出解决对策与建议,为BD汽车公司进一步改进采购管理质量,提高采购管理效率提供了理论参考,对提高采购管理水平,推动公司可持续发展,提升公司市场竞争力具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Procurement is a necessary condition to guarantee the normal operation of an enterprise, an important link to ensure the quality, and one of the main means to control the cost. Procurement can help the enterprise to discern the changing trend of the market and determine the speed of the turnover of the enterprise's products. In the current market environment, procurement management has gradually become one of the important means for most enterprises to achieve flexible management and improve their competitiveness. In this paper, the research on the procurement management of BD New Energy Automobile Company under the supply chain management mode is selected. Based on the complex supply chain network structure of the company, the supply chain has a high vulnerability and strong individualized demand. Larger technical and operational risk characteristics, BD automotive company procurement management research. Firstly, this paper summarizes the basic theory of supply chain management and procurement management; secondly, introduces the current situation of BD Automobile Company and the development stage of procurement management; further summarizes the current situation and problems in the procurement management of BD Automobile Company. This paper analyzes the internal and external factors that lead to procurement management problems; then puts forward the procurement management optimization strategy for the problem; finally, puts forward the implementation effect analysis and follow-up safeguard measures of procurement management optimization. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the procurement management of BD Automobile Company, and analyzes the causes of the problems, and then reengineering the procurement process of BD Automobile Company and perfecting the organizational structure. The information management system is built, the purchasing strategy is optimized, the supplier management is improved, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further improve the quality of procurement management for BD Automobile Company. Improving the efficiency of purchasing management provides a theoretical reference for improving the level of procurement management, promoting the sustainable development of the company, and enhancing the market competitiveness of the company.
