物联网技术在国内零售供应链中的构建及应用研究

【摘要】:回顾上世纪全球经济和生活方式发生的天翻地覆的变化,计算机以及互联网技术无疑起到了至关重要的作用。而近年来,逐步兴起的物联网技术,正在也必将带领人类进入崭新的智能社会[11。人们的生活方式将从之前的单纯的信息互联向物与物联,物人互联方式转变。物联网技术为人们生活创造的便利性对于相关服务部门而言,无疑构成了其服务价值的重要组成部分,从而相应的经济价值应运而生[2]。物联网技术的应用也随之成为各部门的竞争焦点之一和抢夺市场的重要手段,因此,物联网技术备受很多技术先进的国家和企业的关注。 然而RFID技术在国内零售业中的应用由于还存在诸如应用模式不成熟,技术应用的成本效益不明晰,并未普及等障碍,因此需要进一步探索,研究与实践。 本文主要对零售供应链的最后零售环节的两种方式进行研究。主要从客户体验的角度来分析零售供应链的各个环节所需做出的流程和技术改善。 本文共六章内容:第一章介绍了RFID技术研究的相关成果并界定出本文研究的主体内容。第二章介绍物联网的发展历程和概念及其基本体系架构和关键技术。第三章是文章主体部分,详细分析了物联网在零售行业的应用环境,先用PEST法分析应用的宏观环境,同时又使用SWOT法对RFID技术应用的内外部环境进行分析。第四章针对目前国内零售供应链终端的两种零售方式中存在的问题或是有待改善的流程进行分析,然后分别提出相应的物联网技术应用解决方案。第五章结合RFID技术的应用及发展阶段,简要介绍了美国零售行业的应用实例为我国零售连中应用物联网技术提供了示范和较有价值的参考和借鉴意义。第六章为本文的结论和展望。
[Abstract]:In retrospect of the earth-shaking changes in the global economy and way of life of the last century, computer and Internet technology have undoubtedly played a crucial role. In recent years, the gradual rise of the Internet of things technology, is leading mankind into a new intelligent society [11. People's way of life will change from simple information interconnection to material and material connection. The convenience created by the Internet of things for people's life undoubtedly constitutes an important part of the service value of the relevant service departments, and the corresponding economic value emerges as the times require [2]. The application of the Internet of things technology has also become one of the competition focus of various departments and an important means of seizing the market. Internet of things technology has attracted the attention of many technologically advanced countries and enterprises. However, the application of RFID technology in domestic retail industry is still hindered by such obstacles as immature application mode, unclear cost-effectiveness of technology application, and lack of popularization. Therefore, further exploration, research and practice are needed. Mainly from the customer experience point of view to analyze the retail supply chain each link to make the process and the technical improvement. This article has six chapters content: the first chapter introduces the RFID technology research related achievement and defines the main content of this paper. The second chapter introduces the history and concept of Internet of things, its basic architecture and key technologies. The third chapter is the main part of the article, the application environment of Internet of things in the retail industry is analyzed in detail. First, the macro environment of application is analyzed by pest method, and at the same time, the internal and external environment of RFID technology application is analyzed by SWOT method. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the two retail modes of domestic retail supply chain terminals or the process that needs to be improved, and then puts forward corresponding solutions for the application of the Internet of things technology. In the fifth chapter, combined with the application and development stage of RFID technology, the author briefly introduces the application examples of American retail industry and provides a demonstration and valuable reference for the application of Internet of things technology in China's retail chain. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.
