【摘要】:现今电子商务的发展速度比较快,作为电商巨头的京东、阿里巴巴先后在美国上市,增幅非常可观,尤其是阿里巴巴,其股票市值带动不少员工直奔千万资产,中国电商的影响力可见一斑。 本文主要针对电商物流的若干问题进行研究:首先针对现有的电子商务物流供应链模式进行分析并合理展望,并研究了现有的外贸物流中存在的问题与改进的方法。 其次针对“最后一公里”网点的现有缺乏理论依据的特点,本文提出了符合实际的最新选址模型,结合实际道路、租金等情况,用一系列更加严谨的步骤解决了网点选址问题,为解决电商“最后一公里”网点优化的问题提供了全新的思路。 通过基于算法的成本研究,给予“最后一公里”网点的合理布局以算法依据,使建设“最后一公里”网点有章可循;并在网点的研究中加入以“北京高校”为例的特定类型的网点建设的问题研究,通过对一系列实际数据的处理与分析得到基于特定类型网点建设的二级配送中心所在地。 最后,针对电商物流移动端的成本及实用性进行分析,本文提出用手机移动客户端满足快递员的接单、查询功能以及使用后台系统的数据收集功能,对数据进行处理分析,用于合理规划路线、分配资源,并用Objective-C开发语言及Xcode的开发工具对客户端进行简单的开发,并初步实现部分功能。并且通过RFID在电商物流的使用情况的研究,提出RFID与移动端相结合的想法。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, e-commerce is developing at a relatively high speed. As an e-commerce giant, JingDong and Alibaba have successively listed in the United States, with a very significant increase, especially Alibaba, whose stock, market value, has led many employees to direct to tens of millions of assets. The influence of Chinese ecommerce can be seen. This paper mainly focuses on several problems of e-commerce logistics: firstly, this paper analyzes the current supply chain model of e-commerce logistics and looks forward to it reasonably, and studies the existing problems and improvement methods in foreign trade logistics. Secondly, in view of the lack of theoretical basis for the existing "last kilometer" network, this paper puts forward the latest location model in line with the actual situation, combining with the actual road, rent, and so on, using a series of more rigorous steps to solve the site selection problem. In order to solve the e-commerce "last kilometer" network optimization problem to provide a new way of thinking. Through the cost research based on the algorithm, the reasonable layout of the "last kilometer" network is based on the algorithm, so that the "last kilometer" node can be built according to the rules; In the research of the network, a study on the construction of a specific type of network with the example of "Beijing University" is added. Through the processing and analysis of a series of actual data, the location of the secondary distribution center based on the construction of the specific type of network is obtained. Finally, according to the analysis of the cost and practicability of the mobile end of e-commerce logistics, this paper puts forward that the mobile client of mobile phone can meet the order receiving, query function and data collection function of the backstage system to process and analyze the data. It is used to plan the route rationally, allocate resources, and use Objective-C development language and Xcode development tools to develop the client simply, and realize some functions preliminarily. Through the research on the usage of RFID in e-commerce logistics, the idea of combining RFID with mobile terminal is put forward.
