基于系统动力学的旅游供应链信息共享研究

【摘要】:如今的旅游业已成为了21世纪最大的朝阳产业并获得了蓬勃发展,我国也已正式成为世界旅游大国。但与此相对应的却是我国旅游业存在的诸多问题,最典型的便是信息不对称这一不足,贯穿旅游供应链各处的信息流无法实现全面真实的共享,严重影响着链内各主体间的合作和信任。为探索解决旅游供应链信息不对称的有效途径,本文首先分析和总结了国内外相关文献研究,发现针对旅游供应链的研究中较少涉及到信息协作问题,而当前也没有基于实现信息共享对于旅游供应链的价值效益展开研究的文献,在以上研究不足的基础上,本文提出旅游供应链信息共享的议题,并分析了当前旅游供应链信息不对称的原因及现状。 其次,利用系统动力学方法根据旅游供应链的参与主体,构建了旅游服务供应商子系统、旅游服务中介子系统和旅游市场终端子系统三个子系统模型,构建系统总体的因果反馈图及存量流量图,并根据各变量间的相互关系建立相关方程以便下一步的深层研究。 本文以太原市晋祠博物馆为例进行调研,并以问卷的形式获取了部分旅游者对于晋祠游的评价结果。然后通过设置常规需求市场、需求突增市场、需求突降市场和随机市场四种情景,对旅游供应链管理系统中部分变量进行模拟,发现旅游供应链中存在着较为严重的“牛鞭效应”、响应迟缓等问题,指出信息实时共享对旅游供应链管理的必要性。在对比市场需求信息、市场供给信息和旅游者满意度信息共享前后旅游供应链相关变量的模拟结果,发现实现信息共享对于旅游供应链的稳定和谐,对于旅游产业的健康可持续发展具有积极意义。最后提出规范市场秩序、完善信任机制等建议。 本文的创新点: 一方面,将系统动力学运用到供应链信息共享的研究中,建立了旅游供应链管理系统模型。 另一方面,将供应链信息共享的研究拓展到了旅游产业,并得出共享信息对于旅游供应链实施的价值效益。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, tourism has become the biggest sunrise industry in the 21st century and has been developing vigorously. China has also become a big tourism country in the world. However, there are many problems in tourism industry in our country. The most typical problem is the lack of information asymmetry, and the information flow running through the tourism supply chain cannot be fully and truly shared. It seriously affects the cooperation and trust among the main bodies in the chain. In order to find an effective way to solve the information asymmetry in tourism supply chain, this paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature, and finds that the research on tourism supply chain rarely involves information cooperation. At present, there is no research on the value benefit of tourism supply chain based on information sharing. On the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward the topic of information sharing in tourism supply chain. And analyzed the current tourism supply chain information asymmetry reason and the present situation. Secondly, according to the participants of tourism supply chain, three sub-models of tourism service provider subsystem, tourism service intermediary subsystem and tourism market terminal subsystem are constructed by using system dynamics method. The causality feedback diagram and stock flow chart of the system are constructed, and the correlation equations are established according to the relationship between the variables for the further deep research. This paper takes Taiyuan Jinci Museum as an example to investigate and obtain the evaluation results of some tourists on Jinci Tour by questionnaire. Then by setting up four kinds of scenarios: regular demand market, sudden increase market, sudden drop market and random market, some variables in the tourism supply chain management system are simulated. It is found that there are some serious problems in tourism supply chain, such as bullwhip effect and slow response, and the necessity of real-time information sharing for tourism supply chain management is pointed out. By comparing the simulation results of the related variables of tourism supply chain before and after the information sharing of market demand, market supply and tourist satisfaction, it is found that the realization of information sharing is stable and harmonious for tourism supply chain. It has positive significance for the healthy and sustainable development of tourism industry. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions such as standardizing the market order and perfecting the trust mechanism. The innovation of this paper is as follows: on the one hand, the system dynamics is applied to the research of supply chain information sharing, and the tourism supply chain management system model is established. On the other hand, the research of supply chain information sharing is extended to tourism industry, and the value benefit of sharing information for tourism supply chain implementation is obtained.
