发电企业物资集约化管理研究

【摘要】:物资管理是企业经营活动中不可或缺的重要内容之一,是对企业生产过程中所需物资的采购、配送、储存、消耗等所进行的计划、组织和控制。同时,发电企业作为国计民生基础工业企业,要确保生产的连续性和稳定性,设备、原材料和燃料的采购、供应必须保证生产的正常运行,因而对于供应的质量、稳定性和及时性以及供应商的能力、信誉等要求较高。本文首先对物资集约化管理课题产生背景进行简单介绍,并回顾和介绍了国内外物资管理研究的发展与现状。同时,明确阐述物资集约化管理的概念、优势以及企业实现物资集约化管理的优化策略。介绍了供应链管理理论及其相关理论,阐述了信息化技术在实现物资集约化管理和供应链管理中起到了至关重要的积极作用。其次,对H集团物资管理现状进行了介绍。从H集团的发展历程,现有规模入手介绍了该企业基本情况,明确了该企业具备集约化基本条件;接下来,本章重点介绍H集团三级物资管理的组织架构和物资工作流程;最后,简单叙述了该集团物资信息化建设现状。最后从作者参与H集团电子商务建设项目的实际工作出发,根据供应链理论,从强化供应商管理、与供应商建立战略伙伴关系和研究构建绿色供应链等方面阐述了建立供应商评价与管理体系的方案。并从H集团物质集约化管理体系的现状出发,提出了企业物资集约化管理体系建设方案。
[Abstract]:Material management is one of the indispensable contents in the business activities of enterprises. It is the planning, organization and control of purchasing, distributing, storing, consuming and so on. At the same time, in order to ensure the continuity and stability of production and the procurement of equipment, raw materials and fuel, power generation enterprises, as the basic industrial enterprises of the national economy and the people's livelihood, must ensure the normal operation of production, and therefore the quality of supply. Stability and timeliness, as well as supplier capacity, credibility and other requirements. In this paper, the background of the intensive management of materials is introduced briefly, and the development and present situation of the research on material management at home and abroad are reviewed. At the same time, the concept and advantages of material intensive management and the optimization strategy of enterprise to realize material intensive management are expounded. This paper introduces the theory of supply chain management and its related theories, and expounds that information technology plays an important and positive role in the realization of material intensive management and supply chain management. Secondly, the present situation of material management in H Group is introduced. Starting from the development course of H Group, this paper introduces the basic situation of the enterprise and defines the basic conditions for the enterprise to be intensive. Next, this chapter focuses on the organizational structure and material work flow of the third level material management of H Group. Finally, the paper briefly describes the current situation of the group's material information construction. Finally, starting from the author's actual work in the E-commerce construction project of H Group, and according to the supply chain theory, from strengthening the supplier management, Establishing strategic partnership with suppliers and establishing green supply chain are discussed in this paper. Based on the present situation of H group material intensive management system, the construction scheme of enterprise material intensive management system is put forward.
