协同供应链的稳定性研究

【摘要】:随着信息通讯技术的高速发展,供应链企业为了应对激烈的市场竞争已经开始改变原有的供应链管理模式而逐渐实施供应链的协同管理。供应链协同的价值已被广泛认可,然而协同策略的实施也使供应链增加了许多新的不确定性。深入研究协同供应链的稳定性,能有效地降低供应链的运营风险,提高供应链协同管理水平,为供应链协同管理策略的实施提供参考。因此,对协同供应链稳定性评价的问题进行研究十分必要的。 首先,本文介绍了协同供应链以及稳定性的相关概念,通过分析协同策略实施对供应链稳定性正反两方面的影响,总结了与传统供应链相比协同供应链稳定性的特点,为稳定性影响因素的识别奠定基础。 其次,,从运作流程和组织关系两方面对协同供应链的稳定性影响因素进行系统的识别,利用DEMATEL法对因素间的关联性进行定量分析,得到影响因素的综合影响矩阵、关联性参数(原因度和中心度),根据关联性参数对各因素进行逐一分析,筛选出供应链各环节对应的关键影响因素,然后利用ISM法对关键因素进行分层,分层结果揭示了各层因素在协同供应链稳定性的控制与评估方面的参考价值。 再次,构建了协同供应链稳定性的评价指标体系,提出了基于最优组合赋权法的稳定性综合评价模型。该模型将影响因素关联分析得到的综合影响矩阵作为指标权重的参考之一,综合Delphi法、DEMATEL修正法和熵权法三种模型进行组合赋权,使模型得到的协同供应链稳定性评估值更加合理。 最后,以青岛啤酒华南地区供应链为应用例,分析了该供应链协同策略实施的特点及稳定性因素的现状,以此为基础对该供应链各期间的稳定性进行评价,验证了论文提出的指标体系与评价模型的合理性与有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information and communication technology, supply chain enterprises have begun to change the supply chain management mode to cope with the fierce market competition and gradually implement supply chain collaborative management. The value of supply chain collaboration has been widely recognized. However, the implementation of coordination strategy has added a lot of new uncertainties to supply chain. Further study on the stability of collaborative supply chain can effectively reduce the operational risk of supply chain, improve the level of supply chain collaborative management, and provide a reference for the implementation of supply chain collaborative management strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the stability evaluation of collaborative supply chain. Firstly, this paper introduces the related concepts of collaborative supply chain and stability, and summarizes the characteristics of collaborative supply chain stability compared with traditional supply chain by analyzing the positive and negative effects of collaborative strategy implementation on supply chain stability. It lays a foundation for the identification of the influencing factors of stability. Secondly, the factors affecting the stability of collaborative supply chain are systematically identified from two aspects of operation process and organization relationship, and the comprehensive influence matrix of influencing factors is obtained by quantitative analysis of the correlation among factors by using DEMATEL method. The correlation parameters (cause degree and centrality degree) are analyzed one by one according to the correlation parameters, and the key factors corresponding to each link of the supply chain are screened out, and then the key factors are stratified by ISM method. The stratification results reveal the reference value of the factors in the control and evaluation of the stability of collaborative supply chain. Thirdly, the evaluation index system of cooperative supply chain stability is constructed, and a comprehensive stability evaluation model based on optimal combination weighting method is proposed. In this model, the comprehensive influence matrix obtained from the correlation analysis of influencing factors is taken as one of the references of index weights, and the three models of Delphi method and entropy weight method are combined and weighted. The evaluation value of cooperative supply chain stability obtained by the model is more reasonable. Finally, taking the South China supply chain of Tsing Tao Beer as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the implementation of the supply chain coordination strategy and the present situation of the stability factors, and evaluates the stability of the supply chain during each period. The rationality and validity of the proposed index system and evaluation model are verified.
