X公司的库存管理及优化研究

【摘要】：在激烈的市场竞争中，企业运营的成本控制影响着企业的未来发展。然而，很多企业都不重视对库存的控制。这直接就导致了企业的大量资金被库存所占用。使公司直接就面临资金周转困难的困境。库存控制的目的在于利用最少的费用在恰当的时间和地点来获取适当的数量的原材料或者产品。本论文以探索库存控制优化为目的，通过经济订货批量（EOQ）模型作为核心，通过分析来寻求优化库存存储的策略。本论文从库存的相关理论体系开始论述。从库存的内涵、意义等方面论述了库存矛盾的根源。在引入EOQ概念的基础上，对经典的EOQ模型进行剖析，，并指出不足之处。通过建立有价格折扣的EOQ模型，通过推导、求解得到模型的最优解。并对模型的结果进行分析和评价。本文以X公司为实例进行分析，分析了公司的订货流程。通过所获得的数据结合建立的模型进行求解。得出公司最佳的订货批量与周期。为公司减少了成本支出。同时，使得公司的库存更加合理。最后，对公司的库存提出了相关的参考建议。
[Abstract]:In the fierce market competition, the cost control of the enterprise operation affects the future development of the enterprise. However, many enterprises do not attach importance to inventory control. This directly leads to a large amount of capital of the enterprise is occupied by the inventory. The company is faced with the difficulty of capital flow directly. Inventory control aims to obtain the right quantity of raw materials or products at the right time and place at the lowest cost. In order to explore the optimization of inventory control, this paper uses the EOQ model as the core and the analysis to find the strategy of optimizing inventory storage. This paper begins with the theoretical system of inventory. This paper discusses the root of inventory contradiction from the connotation and significance of inventory. Based on the introduction of the concept of EOQ, the classical EOQ model is analyzed, and the shortcomings are pointed out. By establishing the EOQ model with price discount and deducing, the optimal solution of the model is obtained. The results of the model are analyzed and evaluated. This article takes X company as an example to carry on the analysis, has analyzed the company's order flow. The obtained data are combined with the established model to solve the problem. Get the company's best order volume and cycle. Cost reduction for the company. At the same time, make the company's inventory more reasonable. Finally, the paper puts forward the relevant reference suggestions to the stock of the company.
