物流网络设计中的RFID导入模型研究

【摘要】:本文以一个三层集成供应链为研究对象,综合运用了运营管理、供应链管理和物流网络规划等思想,以物流网络数学建模和运筹优化为工具,采用了数学解析、计算机仿真和算例分析等方法对以下若干问题进行了研究:如何规划三层集成供应链的物流网络;如何定量化RFID导入对供应链物流网络规划的影响及确定RFID导入因素对供应链物流网络规划的影响;如何决策RFID是否导入供应链物流网络及RFID导入时机。作者分别建立了两种情况下物流网络规划数学模型:不导入RFID供应链物流网络规划基本模型和导入RFID时物流网络规划模型。两个模型都以供应链总利润最大化为目标函数,确定最优的供应链物流分销中心的数量和订货批量。通过对比RFID导入前和导入后的求解结果,分析RFID导入因素对物流网络规划的影响,最终确定RFID导入物流网络规划的最佳时机。 本文研究的主要内容和关键结论如下: 第一章阐述了论文的研究背景、意义、内容和方法。首先说明了降低物流成本对企业和国家发展的重要意义。在全球化的今天,各个企业的竞争已经转变为供应链之间的竞争,如何优化物流网络的布局,决定了企业获得核心竞争能力的关键。同时说明了RFID技术对优化物流网络,提升整体供应链管理水平的重要作用。本文运用的方法包括:数学建模、计算机仿真分析和算例分析。 第二章回顾了国内外相关文献。文献的内容分为三部分:RFID技术文献综述、物流网络规划文献综述和RFID技术导入供应链文献综述。 第三章建立了不导入RFID时物流网络规划模型。模型基于连续建模思想,把物流网络分割为若干个区域,使得在每个区域内需求缓慢变化。连续建模思想把不连续的变量转变为连续变量,使得模型求解变得简便。模型以供应链总利润最大化为目标函数,确定最优分销中心个数和订货批量。最后通过算例分析,分析各个参数对物流网络规划的影响。 第四章,建立了导入RFID的供应链物流网络规划模型。通过分析RFID导入对供应链物流网络的影响因素,确定了以下5个RFID导入影响因素:生产成本、满足需求的补货效率、分销中心固定成本、单位库存持有成本和提前期。通过导入5个RFID影响物流网络规划因素,建立RFID导入的物流网络规划模型,,最后通过算例分析说明RFID导入对物流网络规划的影响,对比RFID导入前后供应链物流网络规划的布局和确定RFID导入物流网络的时机。 第五章,总结全文的研究结论,规划未来研究的方向。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a three-layer integrated supply chain is taken as the research object, the ideas of operation management, supply chain management and logistics network planning are used synthetically, the mathematical modeling and operation optimization of logistics network are used as tools, and mathematical analysis is adopted. The following problems are studied by computer simulation and example analysis: how to plan the logistics network of three-layer integrated supply chain; How to quantify the impact of RFID import on supply chain logistics network planning and determine the impact of RFID import factors on supply chain logistics network planning; how to decide whether RFID imports supply chain logistics network and the timing of RFID import. The author establishes two mathematical models of logistics network planning: not importing the basic model of RFID supply chain logistics network planning and importing RFID logistics network planning model. Both models take the maximization of total profit of supply chain as the objective function to determine the quantity and order quantity of the optimal supply chain logistics distribution center. By comparing the solution results before and after RFID import, this paper analyzes the influence of RFID import factors on logistics network planning, and finally determines the best time for RFID import logistics network planning. The main contents and key conclusions of this paper are as follows: the first chapter describes the research background, significance, content and methods. First of all, it explains the importance of reducing logistics cost to the development of enterprises and countries. In the globalization of today, the competition of each enterprise has been transformed into the competition between the supply chain. How to optimize the layout of logistics network determines the key for enterprises to obtain the core competitive ability. At the same time, RFID technology plays an important role in optimizing logistics network and improving the level of supply chain management. The methods used in this paper include mathematical modeling, computer simulation and example analysis. The second chapter reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad. The literature is divided into three parts: RFID technology literature review, logistics network planning literature review and RFID technology introduction into supply chain literature review. The third chapter establishes the logistics network planning model when not importing RFID. Based on the idea of continuous modeling, the model divides the logistics network into several regions, which makes the demand change slowly in each region. The idea of continuous modeling transforms discontinuous variables into continuous variables, which makes the solution of the model easy. The model takes the maximization of the total profit of the supply chain as the objective function to determine the number of the optimal distribution centers and the quantity of orders. Finally, through the example analysis, analyzes each parameter to the logistics network plan influence. In the fourth chapter, the supply chain logistics network planning model is established. By analyzing the influence factors of RFID import on supply chain logistics network, the following five factors are determined: production cost, restocking efficiency to meet demand, fixed cost of distribution center, unit inventory holding cost and lead time. By introducing five RFID influencing factors of logistics network planning, the logistics network planning model of RFID import is established. Finally, the impact of RFID import on logistics network planning is illustrated by an example. Compare the layout of supply chain logistics network before and after RFID import and determine the timing of RFID import logistics network. The fifth chapter, summarizes the full text research conclusion, plans the future research direction.
