基于网格的流通零售企业供应链协同研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,全球流通零售企业通过对各自的供应链系统进行全球网络化布局的协同和改进,大大提高了企业规模和全球性扩张的竞争力。近年来,我国流通零售企业也获得了巨大的发展,但是相对于国外流通企业来说,竞争力和盈利能力还存在很大差距。主要原因在于我国流通零售企业供应链管理中信息化程度较低,供应链节点之间协作不强。为了提高我国流通零售企业的盈利能力,有必要对于供应链进行协同。 作为一种资源共享的技术,网格具备集成网络资源的能力,注重资源之间的互操作能力,并能够实现在各种动态的虚拟组织之间的协作和资源共享,因此,在资源共享方面,网格具有很大的优势。在现有网络和信息基础设施、网格技术的基础上,建立网格管理平台,在流通零售企业供应链协同中应用网格技术,使网格与供应链得到有效融合,这样不仅能够丰富了网格应用领域,而且可以提高流通零售企业供应链的柔性和盈利能力。 本文选取流通零售企业供应链作为研究对象,运用协同学理论和网格技术,针对目前流通零售企业供应链的现状和问题,构建了基于网格的流通零售企业供应链协同模型及其运行策略。本文的主要研究内容包括: (1)通过研究背景,分析国内外流通零售企业现状及我国流通零售企业供应链存在的问题,并提出了通过网格思想解决供应链协同问题的思路,明确了本文的研究目的、研究内容和研究方法。 (2)深入分析本文的理论基础,包括协同学理论、系统理论以及网格体系结构;总结和整理了网格管理和供应链协同管理的相关文献。在此基础上,论述了流通零售企业供应链的需求,研究网格和协同学理论在供应链中的可行性。 (3)在我国流通零售企业供应链网格管理机制分析基础上,构造基于网格的流通零售企业供应链协同模型(包括模型构成要素、构建基础和模型主体),提出了流通零售企业供应链业务协同、信息网络协同、基础设施网络协同以及组织网络协同,并在此基础上提出了基于网格的流通零售企业供应链协同策略。 (4)根据供应链协同绩效以及模型的构成,选择供应链协同绩效评价指标,构建流通零售企业供应链协同综合绩效评价体系,确定了供应链评价的多级动态模糊综合评价模型。最后,选择典型的流通零售企业,收集和处理原始数据,完成供应链协同评价和建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the global distribution retail enterprises have greatly improved the scale of enterprises and the competitiveness of global expansion through the coordination and improvement of the global network layout of their respective supply chain systems. In recent years, China's circulation retail enterprises have also achieved great development, but compared with foreign circulation enterprises, there is still a big gap between competitiveness and profitability. The main reason is that the information level of supply chain management is low and the cooperation between supply chain nodes is not strong. In order to improve the profitability of China's circulation retail enterprises, it is necessary to cooperate with the supply chain. As a technology of resource sharing, grid has the ability to integrate network resources, pay attention to the interoperability between resources, and realize collaboration and resource sharing among various dynamic virtual organizations. Grid has great advantages. Based on the existing network and information infrastructure and grid technology, a grid management platform is established, and grid technology is applied in the supply chain collaboration of distribution and retail enterprises, so that the grid and supply chain can be integrated effectively. This not only enriches the grid application field, but also improves the flexibility and profitability of the supply chain. In this paper, the supply chain of retail enterprises is chosen as the research object, and the current situation and problems of the supply chain of circulation retail enterprises are analyzed by using the theory of collaboration and grid technology. A grid-based collaborative model of supply chain for retail enterprises and its operation strategy are constructed. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) through the research background, the paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign circulation retail enterprises and the problems existing in the supply chain of China's circulation retail enterprises. It also puts forward the idea of solving the supply chain coordination problem through grid thinking, and clarifies the research purpose, research contents and research methods. (2) deeply analyzes the theoretical basis of this paper, including the theory of collaboration. The system theory and grid architecture are summarized, and the related documents of grid management and supply chain collaborative management are summarized and sorted out. On this basis, the demand of the supply chain of the retail enterprises is discussed, and the feasibility of grid and collaboration theory in the supply chain is studied. (3) based on the analysis of the grid management mechanism of the supply chain of the retail enterprises in our country, A grid-based collaborative model of supply chain for retail enterprises is constructed, which includes the elements of the model, the foundation of the model and the main body of the model. The cooperation of supply chain business and information network of the retail enterprises are proposed. On the basis of infrastructure network collaboration and organizational network collaboration, a grid-based supply chain coordination strategy for retail enterprises is proposed. (4) according to the performance of supply chain collaboration and the composition of the model, The evaluation index of supply chain collaborative performance is selected, and the evaluation system of supply chain coordination comprehensive performance of circulation retail enterprises is constructed, and the multi-level dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of supply chain evaluation is established. Finally, select the typical retail enterprises, collect and process the raw data, and complete the evaluation and suggestion of supply chain coordination.
