【摘要】:当前,全球经济一体化的进程得到不断加深。国外企业进驻中国市场不仅为国内企业带来了机遇,也使市场竞争变得更加激烈。国内企业若要增强整体竞争力,则需对管理模式进行改良,同时削减运营生产成本。对于企业而言,良好的供应链管理是赢得市场竞争的重要手段,其中优化采购流程更是企业控制成本的重要途径。物资采购的电子商务化又被称为电子商务采购,是基于电子商务所开展的采购活动。电子商务采购因低成本、高效率、实时掌握信息、采购过程公开、缩短采购周期降低库存等特点被越来越多的企业所接受。本文以石油化工企业JZ公司为例,结合公司的发展概况和组织架构,对其当前在采购管理中存在的问题进行分析,充分论述使用物料采购电子商务平台解决以上问题的必要性及优势。本文从技术实现的角度为JZ公司物料采购电子商务平台进行设计,包括功能设计、网络架构设计、技术架构设计与模块流程设计等,具体给出了对公司现有的物料管理进行采购流程和组织结构再造的方案以及公司搭建该平台的具体步骤与措施,并从社会效益和经济效益两方面对平台进行效益评估。本文的研究成果能够有效帮助JZ公司降低采购成本,提升整体竞争实力。此外,本文所研究的问题更对相关石油化工企业具有重要的指导意义与实践价值,可以作为其他企业的参考案例,以更好地推动物料采购电子商务平台在行业内的推广和革新。
[Abstract]:At present, the process of global economic integration has been deepened. The presence of foreign enterprises in the Chinese market not only brings opportunities for domestic enterprises, but also makes the market competition more intense. If domestic enterprises want to enhance their overall competitiveness, they should improve their management mode and reduce their operating costs. For enterprises, good supply chain management is an important means to win market competition, among which optimizing purchasing process is an important way for enterprises to control costs. E-commerce of material procurement is also called e-commerce procurement, which is based on e-commerce. E-commerce procurement is accepted by more and more enterprises because of its low cost, high efficiency, real-time information, open purchasing process, shortening purchasing cycle and reducing inventory. Taking JZ Company, a petrochemical enterprise, as an example, combined with the general situation and organizational structure of the company, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the procurement management of JZ Company. The necessity and advantage of using e-commerce platform to solve the above problems are discussed. This paper designs the electronic commerce platform of JZ company material purchasing from the point of view of technical realization, including function design, network architecture design, technical architecture design and module flow design, etc. In this paper, the purchasing process and organizational structure of the material management are redesigned, and the steps and measures to set up the platform are given, and the benefit evaluation of the platform is made from the aspects of social and economic benefits. The research results of this paper can effectively help JZ to reduce the purchasing cost and enhance the overall competitive strength. In addition, the problems studied in this paper have important guiding significance and practical value for related petrochemical enterprises, and can be used as reference cases for other enterprises to promote the promotion and innovation of electronic commerce platform of material procurement in the industry.
