基于文化视角的食品供应链安全风险管理研究

【摘要】：大多数企业员工失职行为的重要根源在于薄弱的企业文化,而食品供应链安全风险的主要诱因则是企业员工的失职行为。因而从文化视角研究食品供应链安全风险管理具有重要意义。本文基于文化视角,在阐述食品供应链安全风险管理意义的基础上,分析了食品供应链安全风险管理的特点,最后提出了食品供应链安全风险管理的措施,包括营造食品供应链安全风险文化氛围、构建以人为本的食品供应链企业文化、建设食品供应链安全风险管理文化、重视发挥企业文化的软约束作用。
[Abstract]:The main cause of most employees' dereliction of duty lies in the weak corporate culture, and the main inducement of food supply chain safety risk is the employee's dereliction of duty. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the safety risk management of food supply chain from the perspective of culture. Based on the cultural perspective and the significance of food supply chain safety risk management, this paper analyzes the characteristics of food supply chain safety risk management, and finally puts forward the measures of food supply chain safety risk management. It includes creating the culture atmosphere of food supply chain safety risk, constructing the enterprise culture of food supply chain, constructing the culture of food supply chain safety risk management, and paying attention to the soft restriction function of enterprise culture.
