基于物联网的智能化仓库信息管理系统的研究

【摘要】:仓库管理在企业管理中占据举足轻重的地位。在追求效率和质量的今天,仓库管理能否保证进货、库存管理和发货的有效进行将直接关系到企业自身的竞争力。尤其是针对离散型加工装配企业而言,市场环境不断改变,货品周转周期越来越短,多品种小批量的生产方式对仓库管理的要求越来越严格。 虽然有部分加工装配企业使用了传统的仓库管理软件,但软件本身存在的诸多问题决定了其无法满足企业用户的需求,这些问题主要表现在:功能性差、手工输入效率低易出错、灵活性差、信息孤岛问题严重等等。 针对传统装配企业仓库管理模式存在的诸多不足,设计了一种基于物联网的智能化仓库管理系统,其将仓库管理与企业管理、生产管理和供应链管理结合起来,同时利用优化算法、射频技术、数据库技术和无线网络技术将不同企业、不同部门间的不同数据进行统一管理分配,,实现了仓库管理的智能化。 针对加工装配企业仓库管理的特点,重点研究并解决了以下问题: (1)仓库作业的数据采集。针对仓库作业的分散性和并发性,研究了数据采集终端的分布特点、通讯集成技术和与数据库的互动模式等。 (2)货品-货位耦合分配策略。在以提高仓库作业效率为目标的前提下,将货位动态分配、缩短作业时间、提高货位利用率和降低货架重心等思想融入到货位分配数学模型建立的过程中,为系统智能分配货位提供了理论依据和实现方法。 (3)发货配置策略。该方法综合考虑订单变化、供应商库存、已经入库的库存,通过仓库的发货配置调节生产计划,以最小的工作调整量使得重要的订单优先获得生产,保证企业利益的最大化。 (4)作业流程的规范。RFID技术和无线网络技术的应用确保了仓库信息采集的无纸化和自动化,使得仓库作业时需按照事先设定的流程进行,确保作业效率的同时也在一定程度上也改善了仓库的黑箱管理现象。 (5)数据处理的自动化。将库存管理、货位状态统计、智能决策、出入库统计等大量数据运算融入到仓库日常作业当中,在提高数据处理速度的同时降低了因人工处理出现各种错误的可能性。 系统的整体架构采用C/S(客户机/服务器)模式,并基于C++Builder、SQL数据库技术对系统各功能模块进行了编程实现。结果显示系统初步达到了设计效果。
[Abstract]:Warehouse management plays an important role in enterprise management. In today's pursuit of efficiency and quality, whether the warehouse management can guarantee delivery, inventory management and delivery will be directly related to the competitiveness of the enterprise itself. Especially for discrete processing and assembly enterprises, the market environment is constantly changing, and the turnover cycle of goods is more and more. The shorter and shorter the production mode is, the more stringent the requirements for warehouse management are.
Although some processing and assembling enterprises use traditional warehouse management software, there are many problems in the software itself that decide that they can't meet the needs of the enterprise users. These problems are mainly in the following aspects: poor function, low efficiency of manual input, poor flexibility, serious problem of information island and so on.
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional assembly enterprise warehouse management model, an intelligent warehouse management system based on the Internet of things is designed, which combines the warehouse management with enterprise management, production management and supply chain management. At the same time, the optimization algorithm, radio frequency technology, data base technology and wireless network technology will be used in different enterprises. The different data between departments are uniformly managed and allocated, thus realizing the intellectualization of warehouse management.
In view of the characteristics of warehouse management in processing and assembly enterprises, the following problems are emphatically studied and solved.
(1) data collection of warehouse operation. In view of the dispersivity and concurrency of warehouse operation, the distribution characteristics of data acquisition terminal, communication integration technology and interactive mode with database are studied.
(2) the coupled distribution strategy of goods and goods. In order to improve the efficiency of warehouse operation, the theory basis and implementation method for the distribution of cargo position in the system is provided by the idea of dynamic distribution of the cargo position, shortening the operation time, improving the utilization rate of the goods and reducing the center of barycenter.
(3) consignment allocation strategy. This method takes into account the change of order, the inventory of suppliers, the inventory that has already been stored, the production plan is adjusted through the delivery configuration of the warehouse, and the minimum amount of work adjustment makes the important order get the production first, so as to ensure the maximization of the profit of the enterprise.
(4) the application of the standard.RFID technology and the wireless network technology of the operating process ensures the paperless and automation of the warehouse information collection, which makes the warehouse work in accordance with the pre set flow process to ensure the efficiency of the operation and to some extent also improve the management of the black box in the warehouse.
(5) automation of data processing. A large number of data operations, such as inventory management, stock status statistics, intelligent decision making, out of warehouse statistics, are integrated into the daily operations of the warehouse, and the possibility of various errors caused by manual processing is reduced while the data processing speed is improved.
The overall architecture of the system is based on the C/S (client / server) mode, and the function modules of the system are programmed based on the C++Builder and SQL database technology. The results show that the system has achieved the preliminary design effect.
