Z电子商务公司物流体系的完善研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,互联网技术日趋商业化,电子商务也随之产生,伴随着世界经济与技术的全球化,迎来了一个全新的电子商务网络经济的时代。电子商务以其不可比拟的特点,转变了以往的传统商务的经营模式,对企业的经营模式、支付方法和内部结构发生了全新的变化,也给全球的社会经济带来了冲击性的突破。研究电子商务企业自营物流体系的建立,对提高电子商务企业经济和社会效益乃至供应链的整体竞争力都具有非常重要的意义。可以进一步丰富和完善物流成本控制理论体系。发达国家一直把企业微观物流成本的核算和管理优化作为重点予以强调,我国物流成本研究要与国际接轨,其重点也应该由宏观层面向微观企业层面转移。 国内电子商务巨头淘宝网曾经在2010年尝试打造自身掌控的物流并与其分布在全国各地的物流仓库相辅相成,意图打造一个全新的自营物流体系,但最终失败。而另一家电商大鳄京东商城采用与区域快递公司合作而建立的自营物流体系却取得了巨大成功,无论是服务质量还是运输速度远远超越淘宝网现在由专业快递公司进行投递的行为。“双十一”活动期间,在淘宝网购买的产品通常需要1周以上的物流运输和投递时间,而京东商城依然能够将时间控制在3天内,这样的先进物流模式使得京东商城稳稳的坐在国内最大的B2C网站的宝座上。中小电商企业在推进自身物流解决方案的同时,由于受到人力、物力、财力的限制,,不可能照搬这些大型化企业的全部模式,只有通过充分利用自身优势和平台,结合实际,摸索一套属于自己的物流体系,才有可能在国内电子商务发展的大潮中,赢得竞争、持续生存。 本文结合Z公司的实际,综合考虑到中小型电子商务企业面临的各种状况和现实影响。其次,辅以组织机构的变革为配合,在借鉴国外电子商务管理模式的基础上,构建了Z公司物流体系建立的可选模式,并给出了该模式在操作过程中应该注意的问题,多方面的对Z公司的物流体系建立的过程和流程进行优化,来提高企业的物流管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, Internet technology is becoming more and more commercialized, and electronic commerce is also coming into being. With the globalization of world economy and technology, a new era of electronic commerce network economy has been ushered in. E-commerce, with its incomparable characteristics, has changed the traditional business model, changed the business model, payment methods and internal structure of the enterprise, and brought a breakthrough to the global social economy. It is of great significance to study the establishment of self-supporting logistics system for e-commerce enterprises to improve the economic and social benefits of e-commerce enterprises and even the overall competitiveness of supply chain. It can further enrich and perfect the theory system of logistics cost control. Developed countries have always emphasized the accounting and management optimization of enterprises' micro logistics cost. The research of logistics cost in our country should be in line with the international standards, and the emphasis should also be shifted from the macro level to the micro level. Taobao, the domestic e-commerce giant, tried in 2010 to build its own controlled logistics and complement its warehouses across the country in an attempt to create a completely new self-run logistics system, but failed in the end. And another household appliance merchant, JingDong Mall, adopted the self-run logistics system established in cooperation with regional express companies, but achieved great success. Whether it is service quality or transport speed far beyond Taobao now by professional courier companies to deliver behavior. During the "double Eleven" campaign, the products purchased at Taobao usually take more than a week of logistics, transportation and delivery time, while JingDong Mall can still limit the time to three days. This advanced logistics model makes JingDong Mall sit firmly on the throne of the largest B2C website in China. While pushing forward their own logistics solutions, small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises cannot copy all the models of these large-scale enterprises because of the constraints of human, material and financial resources. Only by making full use of their own advantages and platforms, and combining with reality, It is possible to win competition and survive in the tide of electronic commerce development in China by exploring a set of logistics system that belongs to oneself. Combined with the reality of Z Company, this paper synthetically takes into account the various situations and realistic influences faced by small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises. Secondly, with the help of the reform of the organization, the optional model of the logistics system of company Z is constructed on the basis of the foreign electronic commerce management mode, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the operation process of the model are given. In order to improve the level of logistics management, this paper optimizes the process and process of establishing logistics system in Z Company.
