供应链群体创新能力影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的趋势不断加快，供应链竞争已成为主流，创新能力则成为衡量一个供应链竞争能力的重要指标。供应链中成员企业的自主创新能力与企业间的合作创新能力有效整合，从而影响整条供应链的群体创新能力。供应链群体创新使得供应链中成员企业优势互补，通过实现规模效应来获得竞争优势。群体创新能力的高低，关系到供应链竞争力的强弱，也决定了其创新的整体效益和创新持续性。本文以供应链理论、创新理论以及系统论为基础，运用了理论研究法、实证分析法以及多学科综合研究等方法，论述了国内外对企业创新与群体创新的相关研究现状，总结了目前研究存在的问题，发现很少有学者从整体角度来分析供应链创新能力。因此，本文的重点就是研究供应链群体创新能力，探讨供应链群体创新能力的定义、影响因素以及模型。这对推进我国对群体创新机制认识的深化，丰富和拓展供应链创新理论，以及解决供应链群体创新的兼容性问题都有重要的理论指导意义。本文将供应链群体创新能力的影响因素划分为企业创新实力、伙伴关系管理、创新环境与风险管理能力，并就这五者的关系提出了研究假设。在大规模调研和访谈的基础之上，本文运用SPSS和AMOS软件构建了供应链群体创新能力的结构方程模型，通过描述性统计、信度分析、验证性因子分析和结构方程模型分析，证明了模型的正确性和合理性，科学有效地分析了供应链群体创新能力。研究结果表明：企业创新实力、伙伴关系管理、创新环境与风险管理能力对群体创新能力均有显著的正向作用，其中，伙伴关系管理还发挥着中介作用。通过实证研究不仅分析了自变量与因变量内部的作用机理，而且详细分析了变量之间的相互作用关系，并在结果讨论中全面系统地从治理机制和绩效评价方面探讨身处供应链中的企业在与其他企业创新合作时所需要考虑的问题，最后对本文的结论做了总结，，并对我国供应链的成员企业参与创新以及提高供应链整体绩效提出建议措施。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating trend of economic globalization, supply chain competition has become the mainstream, and innovation ability has become an important index to measure the competitiveness of a supply chain. The independent innovation ability of the member enterprises in the supply chain is effectively integrated with the cooperative innovation ability among the enterprises, thus affecting the group innovation ability of the whole supply chain. The group innovation of supply chain makes the member enterprises complement each other and obtain the competitive advantage by realizing the scale effect. The level of group innovation ability is related to the strength of supply chain competitiveness, but also determines the overall efficiency of innovation and innovation sustainability. Based on supply chain theory, innovation theory and system theory, this paper discusses the current research situation of enterprise innovation and group innovation at home and abroad, using the methods of theoretical research, empirical analysis and multidisciplinary comprehensive research. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the current research and finds that few scholars analyze the supply chain innovation ability from the overall point of view. Therefore, the focus of this paper is to study the supply chain group innovation ability, discuss the definition of supply chain group innovation ability, influencing factors and models. It is of great theoretical significance to deepen the understanding of group innovation mechanism, enrich and expand the supply chain innovation theory, and solve the compatibility problem of supply chain group innovation. In this paper, the influencing factors of supply chain group innovation ability are divided into enterprise innovation strength, partnership management, innovation environment and risk management ability. On the basis of large scale investigation and interview, this paper uses SPSS and Amos software to construct the structural equation model of supply chain group innovation ability, through descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The correctness and rationality of the model are proved, and the ability of supply chain group innovation is analyzed scientifically and effectively. The results show that: enterprise innovation strength, partnership management, innovation environment and risk management ability have significant positive effects on group innovation ability, among which, partnership management also plays an intermediary role. Through empirical research, not only the internal mechanism of independent variables and dependent variables is analyzed, but also the interaction between independent variables and dependent variables is analyzed in detail. In the result discussion, the problems that enterprises in supply chain need to consider in innovation and cooperation with other enterprises are discussed comprehensively and systematically from the aspects of governance mechanism and performance evaluation. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized. It also puts forward some suggestions for the member enterprises of supply chain to participate in innovation and to improve the overall performance of supply chain.
